Are meeting recording links available in this Event record as well? Or are they stored elsewhere?

Jaclyn assuming you are recording the meeting with the Teams Meeting function, the meeting recording shows up in the meeting chat, i.e. it won't show up in a Salesforce record for instance, event record or otherwise. This may be possible with some integration work but not out of the box. Hey Stephen, Our team is using teams to make customer calls, can we log them as activity automatically in Salesforce?

Hi Saurabh, I'm not sure that is available out of the box, you might have to build that kind of integration and I'm sure it's doable via the API and call logs. I do know that it's possible to integrate SF account data into something like Viva Analytics or PowerBI which track user activity through the Microsoft Graph and this would let you know what Teams calls are being had for which accounts and by which individuals. Correlating this with account performance would be the goal. Hope this helps...
