    Hey,
I would like to know that when we under the page of quest software and see the tabs like details, relations, team, service, contact, invoicing and related. How can we add more tabs in here which we have already created in the Salesforce platform

Is there a way to push records from Salesforce to Teams? i.e. sharing the records inside Salesforce and publish it in Teams channel? Is it Possible?

yes, SFDC record can be pushed to a Teams Channels using a dedicated Tab. User needs a SFDC login. Is this an issue? otherwise XLS export/ import could resolve this license topic

    Nice video.
Is it possible to initiate a Team chat or call from Salesforce? Essentially a click to call or click to chat functionality.
The use case is something like:
Viewing a user's profile or a contact from Salesforce (the user also exists in Team with same email, username, etc...)
Clicking on a link or button to initiate an audio or video call (or chat) with that user, and this will launch the Teams app (assuming it is installed) and make the call?

I would like for the Teams channel Post area to be unified with the Salesforce Chatter feed for the Account object that is linked to the Teams channel. Is this possible? My reason for asking this is that I am doubtful that I will be able to enforce our users to put their comments under Chatter->Post. Instead, I believe that they will use Teams channel->Post and type all of their comments there, leaving Salesforce barren of comments. Alternatively, is it possible that Q!kom add-in to Salesforce will give me the ability to see into the Teams channel Post messages from inside of salesforce interface?

      Hi John,
We just finished the POC of that feature. It should be ready end of may and be activated at the pilot customer.
We sync the discussion between the chatter discussion ans the related teams channel discussion we create out of Salesforce.
During create we publish an adaptive card with the Object details in Salesforce. That joins best of both worlds.
We should do an update of our meeting to tell about all the good things we learned and integrated.
