so i totally followed along with your video and then went out for a quick 7K jog and wow!! did it make a difference. i cant believe iv been stretching the wrong way this whole time. thanks for uploading!!
I work in retail and do a lot of lifting. I have tight shoulders and have tried static stretching to relieve this stiffness. I have even been to a massage therapist and to no avail it only takes 1 day and i'm right back to square one. After doing those simple stretches i feel amazing. +Pushups Are Bananas agreed ! I was able to run 45 min without any injuries during the running and after :) only my back is always a little sore because I'm a footwork dancer and tend not to work on those muscles...
Dr. Iodice's warmup routine literally has changed my running life. I used have severe shin splints after a run, now since I've been doing his routine I feel no pain at all after a really long run. Thanks sir!!!
