Looks like the outside could use a paint job, but other than that the house looks pretty good after 20 years. Also even though the video is long, I actual like it that way. So many people in real estate want to have a TH-cam channel but only show 10 minute or less video's rushing through the houses and never showing it's entirety. But it's nice when someone takes the time to show viewers and interested buyers the entire home and take their time doing so. Although it would have been nice to see the inside of the 5 car garage. But there are a lot of people like myself who want to see video footage of properties before driving around town looking at homes.
I’d say it’s worth it. Love the detail. After looking at several of your videos, I’m now convinced Las Vegas has some of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen.
Tuscan style homes are my favorite! Great job! Very thorough and paid attention to the details. The secret room was at the place where you where looking at the base board, I think. However, I do believe with all that imported wood and the hand painted meticulous work combined with the gold accessories I would for sure start the bid off at $13 mil. The best home for cozy entertainment!

The opulence is inspiring! The bedroom suites were like dreams. The downstairs design and style is not my taste, but I definitely appreciated the quality and beauty! The outdoor green space and balconies is stunning, so perfect. It is a house you would never need to leave..Even your hairdresser and massage person would come to you. With the size of the woman's closet, I cant imagine she was not some kind of celebrity or entertainer. Enough clothes for several lifetimes...I doubt she was a stay at home mom or everyday office worker💜😎

It's not my style, but like wow. The cost of upkeep would break anyone's bank. And, does one want that much house? It can be burden, and the resale is difficult. Now to the quirks and features as I see them.... I find Las Vegas Tuscany to be heavy, too much stone. There must be a quarter of a million in tile, alone. The fixtures, fab. Your "wows" tell me just being inside was sublime. As commented below, I could get lost in here. But, the sure grandeur, is beyond comparison. The vaulted halls, the transition into the private spaces. the features are too many to list. The feel into the courtyards and gardens, do feel Tuscan. All we would need is a small vineyard, which is possible here with the right vitis vinifera vines. Chard does well here, btw. refresher, it's not that dated for its style. That balcony view of the roofline is amazing. The style is consistent. I would hate to see someone gut this work of art into super modern. That would be a sin. Now I know where I would film the next Dark Shadows. This is Collinwood in Tuscany style, instead of Romanesque - Gothic.

I worked in Arab countries for forty years. This area is same as in Saudi Arabia and palaces where I did maintenance work. The first floor is ethereal. Second floor doesn't match the opulence. You took great pains to record it. Thanks. I am far away in Mumbai, India. It is a steal compared to prices here. You could have included night view of the strip. I will bargain and settle there when I amass that wealth. insha'Allah.

Yeah, this house requires full time staff, just as a large yacht does. All that woodwork, and the sheer size of the property is not for someone who doesn't like people around, and it will require a large bank account. But, if you can afford the house, and like people, you can afford the bills. I reckon at least $10k a month with minimal staff.
Honestly I could clear a spot for Guns and Roses to play for 300 guests in the back!! Unbelievable detail. Honestly if that property sells for less then $13,000,000 I will be surprised.
Well Danny, you managed to get me thoroughly lost upstairs. The detail in this house is exceptional and I can imagine it cost $18 mil to build. You would definitely need a staff to keep it up. It always makes me cringe to hear palms called trees. They are not wood but fiber similar to grass. Good camera work and narrative.
@luvluca toni probably harder than wood because if you ever try to cut one up, like I have, they are very dense and tough. I don't think you would ever have a termite problem with them, especially since they are not cellulose like wood.

To have a frat home or manor one needs a library we all read fill it with your favorite books the classics expand with your children’s favorite and subject’s that interest you many times you can get nice hard cover books for 2 or 3 dollars at garage sales and swap meets and if you have a B and B the guest will love them you can sell your duplicates and authors will do book signings at your Vans b or property if it’s a tea house library or not . So easy !!!

People that do not have money such as myself can appreciate the showing. In reality, wealthy people can afford this and rich people would probably flip after a decade of living there. No one ever need this much space however it's a lifestyle that most likely their peers are experiencing as well. I'm more amazed at how all the children have their own bedroom with walk in closet and separate toilet room and balcony. The only dislike is the bedroom sinks, tiny tiles, and beds are hidiously designed. Custom doesnt always equal attractive. The master suite bed is beyond hideous hahahaha

I can't believe that the property taxes are only $45,000. I thought it would be much more. Some houses cost less than $1,000,000 and the property taxes are $20,000.

I totally agree. This house isn't that bad, but some are just horrific I think. So much WHITE, they look like a fancy frickin' hospital or something, just ultra bland, no character. I would build such a different home if I had millions to burn.

There was a lot of unused space between the theatre and the stairwelll. Very well could have been a safe room behind that.

I can't believe that the property taxes are only $45,000. I thought it would be much more. Some houses cost less than $1,000,000 and the property taxes are $20,000.

I totally agree. This house isn't that bad, but some are just horrific I think. So much WHITE, they look like a fancy frickin' hospital or something, just ultra bland, no character. I would build such a different home if I had millions to burn.
