M and W Dynamometer project

Here I acquired a Model 400A dyno, it has not been taken care of like most of them, I went over the unit in this video and once its tested on a tractor and I use it some more to make sure it is good to go Ill change the fluids again and replace the rest of the hoses and any other parts along the way as needed.

I am not sure, probably came from cooler leaking but we will never know
