I just rediscovered honey when I was completely congested beyond where I've ever been congested before, and since then I've pretty much thrown out sugar. I'm using the honey for everything and I feel so much better. I put it on a cracker or bread or in hot tea. I'm not able to get out to a beekeeper but I got the best that I could find, raw wildflower organic honey.

I agree!! It’s amazing!! I’m a beekeeper I love my honey, I always thinking it’s the best until I tried a honey in Italy, Sicily and from the smell to the taste, I fall in love, It was literally the best honey flavor ever!! I couldn’t stop thing about it until I learn what was all that flavors I was dying for! It was a Camu Camu and orange blossom plantation!! I wish I could have all those plants where I live!

Have you tried the water and honey trick to find out real honey from the fake stuff. You take a little honey and place it into a small bowl or container. Then pour a little bit of water in with the honey (don't mix) then swirl the water and honey and observe the honey comb structure that appears. Its almost like the honey has memory and it forms into the honey comb. Give it a try and see for yourself. Its a pretty cool party trick that works :).

Great video. Several years ago I got sick and then got an eye infection. I did research and after reading up on it, I tried honey that was diluted with water to make eye drops. I was amazed on how quick my eye infection went away. I love honey and garlic. I may have to try honey and ginger. I always use honey and lemon for a sore throat.
I have used pure, unaltered soft honey to keep my night blindness in check for many years. Over a bathroom sink, I simply place one small finger dab of honey into each eye. It stings for only a split second and the eyes tear up. I rotate my eyes, spreading the honey around and keeping my eyes closed for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then I simply rinse with warm water. I repeat this twice a day for about a week and it keeps my night blindness at bay for a year or more. Please don't take this as health advice and do your own research. I'm simply sharing what works for me. BTW, great video.
I had my arm twisted into using a plastic uncapping roller a few years ago. I absolutely love it. It is quick, clean, easy. Never need a knife any more and rarely a small spot needs a fork/scratcher. Give one a try, I promise you won’t regret it.
My granddaughter had multiple warts on her hands, used a honey shampoo with raw honey and propolis, her warts were gone after 2 weeks. We’ve attributed it to the shampoo.
Another great thing for warts and skin tags is garlic and povidone iodine 10%. Make up a very small batch at a time each day as it only keeps for one day. Crush a bit of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon or so, and mix in a few drops of iodine. Mix thoroughly. Brush this mixture onto the wart or skin tag and cover with a bandaid. Repeat if and as necessary. Keep any leftover mixture in the fridge for a second application for later that day if needed. Next day make a fresh batch. Sometimes you'll see results after only one application - sometimes you may have to repeat for a few days.

Hi Kaylee. Thank you for sharing your information on honey , and our precious honey bees. I noticed the difference each year in the colors of honey in my hives also. Thank you for sharing your videos with us. 🇺🇸
I use honey for healing everything! Even pimples! Years ago an elderly gentleman told me a story of a man in his 60’s that was in a bad motorcycle accident. He should of had many broken bones but the doc’s said his bone density was of a 30 year old!! He had a couple small fractures. He swore it was because the honey he ate everyday!! So when the elderly man’s wife fell and broke her leg and her doctor said it would take a year for her to heal her 80+ bone and possibly would never be strong again. The old man told her to take a teaspoon a day of raw honey. Her bone totally healed in 2 months!! Question - how do you process your beautiful honey so it doesn’t solidify?

Hi! Fellow herbalist here. I love your content. I've been getting a lot of comments on my own content about honey becoming toxic when heated to 140 degrees and over. I couldn't find any research to confirm this so I'm wondering if you might be able to help clear things up. I do know that when boiled, honey loses a lot of its medicinal properties, but does it actually become toxic?

The best thing I've found for burns, is ice. Cooling the area ASAP, prevents the burn from continuing to radiate deeper, & creating more damage, deeper into the skin. For sunburn, I use a towel, & wet it with cold water, to "pull out the heat". When the towel warms up from the radiant heat within the skin, add more cold water. This also helps with the pain. I made this discovery, when working in a bakery, & frying doughnuts. 400 degree fryer grease, splashed onto my forearm, as I was adding more shortening from a 12" block, & I whiped away the grease, before the pain could hit, in that opprox. 2"X5" patch, along with some already blistering layers of skin. I ran it under numbing cold water, till the pain didn't return. Zero scarring!!!
