Thank you. As for the allergies, maybe cleansing your blood with herbs like dandelion root, burdock root and red clover (has estrogen-like properties, too) plus modify your diet, if needed. Maybe water filters are also needed for further purification if the water isn't the best. Thank you for the recipe.
