That is EXACTLY what I grew up with back in the day! There may have been some bamboo shoots and definitely some bean sprouts! Yours loo k s SO good, I could almost taste it!! Thank you for sharing.

Made this the other night and it was awesome! I added snow peas to it and shredded carrots. One thing I learned was when cooking the wonton strips I had the oil a bit to hot. They turned brown within 5 seconds. So to those out there be sure your oil is not too hot for the noodles. I will be more careful next time.
