Goodmornin yall. I hope it's a blessed day for everyone.
You two made a very good call about traveling in this weather. Stay safe and warm Hillbilly and Miss Kitty.
We learned a hard lesson driving in the mountains when it is snowing. We got in a wreck the first winter after we moved here. So I will not drive on the mountain roads when they are snow covered period! We went up a hill that was snow covered and our truck's wheels stopped going forward. So we had to back up on this snowy hill and lost control. Ended up in the ditch with the truck across the road. Some people came along and pulled us out and we thought we were going to get out without things getting bad. Then I looked in the rearview mirror and saw a pair of headlights at the top of the hill. I knew they couldn't stop and we couldn't get going fast enough because of the snow. They came down and ran into the back of us. That vehicle that hit us in the back had a trailer behind it. That came around and pierced thru the door on the driver's side, fortunately it stopped before it pierced thru my hubby!! It was a mess and it was our fault. You need to remember that you may know how to drive in the mountains but you might run into someone like us that doesn't. If the roads are bad, I wouldn't go. I would put off the event. It's not worth it.
Good point
Great advice! ❤
It's better to play it safe 👍 ... I agree with Miss Kitty 👍👍
Don't want to take a chance if roads are real bad. It's raining here. Gosh, don't think I'd run those new hens with the others if they are aggressive. Darn! Have a good day and you and Ms Kitty stay warm. Stay safe.
I braved a snow storm once to try and get home and slid into a guard rail. You are wise to stay put.
Morning brother and Miss Kitty another great video brother have a great day and God Bless You And Miss Kitty Always 🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
10-4 I would stay at the house too yall, good call miss Kitty.

I know your feelings in that driving semi on ice by the time you stop your ready for a long nap to let your muscles recover
My son's birthday is tomorrow the 16th.He will be 18 years old and he has given me pure hell.
Happy day Hillbilly, sorry about your surprise being canceled. Enjoy rest of your day 👩🌾✌️🇨🇱
Ok.
Stayin tuned! 🤠👍
Best to keep those new hens seperate for awhile!! They are little raptors remember! Let them see each other but wait a couple weeks at least before you throw them together!!
❣❤❤❣
Love ya ❤💕
Good Morning!
The worst, most scary Winter driving I've ever done, was through Moses Lake Washington going to see Mom for Christmas....freezing fog! The windshield was coated in ice that made it look like shower glass. Stop and scrape it off and it comes right back, road too slick to stand on too. You couldn't tell where the road was until a semi-truck would appear out of the fog 50 feet away....terrible!
Chickens can be pretty nasty. Cindy had one of those Polish chickens with the fluffy heads...kind of looks like an Indian War Bonnet....the rest just decided to kill it one day? They had been getting along just fine...not sure what happened?
One of the worst winter runs I ever had was going into SALMON...I'll talk about on a video...it was NUTTS
Good morning
Have a good day Ms Kitty and Hillbilly I would not go if the road was to ugly. Mcall can be very ugly
Most definitely need change that date y'all stay warm
Sorry you weren’t able to have the party but better “safe than sorry “! It’s not worth the risk. Good call Miss Kitty!
Yea I just had my first grandson and his birthday is December 13 but she was due 27 th so at least it’s 10 before Christmas not 2 days after.
Congratulations 🎉
For my second child I was due on the 24th of December but I went 3 weeks overdue. So I didn't have her until January 11th. That was a long 3 weeks!!! She was a big baby too 9 pounds 10 oz.
If its a surprise, just postpone it! Even if its a little late she would still enjoy it I would think! Supposedly no snow or even much rain between now andthe 22nd here north of u. Rained all day Sunday and half the nite after Saturdays snow. Roads cleared up pretty good. Except the back roads up higher.
Always trust your gut. I won't even let my husband fell a tree if I catch a vibe. It's not worth the risk. ❤
👍👍🙂
I tend to all my rabbits right at dark too, well whenever the chickens go into their lock up coop. I check for predators INSIDE the lockup and after locking the birds up I do all my rabbit tending. Those rabbits munch on their food all night. I had a friend accidentally lock a Opossum up with her birds and I had to clean that mess up. That's always stuck with me.
I ALWAYS check to
They are Geo-Engineering our sky here again so we will have more rain.
I know it's disappointing to have to postpone a birthday celebration for a family member, but ya'll made the right decision. These snow and ice covered roads are treacherous. We lived in southwest Michigan for a couple of years, and we got plenty of snow where we were living. I saw plenty of cars and trucks in the ditch or even turned over! Fortunately, we never had a serious accident, but there were some close calls. Everyone's safety is paramount. Be careful up there in beautiful Idaho!
I operated and ran a tow truck for a couple of years and man I seen some crazy bad stuff
😊
31 deg this Friday morning
A word on animals..anytime you bring something into the herd/flock/whatever, they need to remain separate from the established animal groups..usually just a wire fence divider will do..everyone must be introduced like this because of the " pecking" order..horses,cows,pigs, chickens, etc , have the top, middle, bottom of their community..when you add to it they will fight to set the rules..chickens are great at attacking newcomers..apparently the new ones didn't like the order of your flock so out can the beaks and claws..maybe it's true that birds are decendants of dinosaurs
If u see the chickens stand on one leg. Their trying to keep warm
Mine have a heat lamp
@@IdahoHillbilly awesome Bro
Yes I think I saw that lamp in one of your videos.
