The 8th generation of consoles is one of the most content-rich we've ever received, making this list incredibly hard to create. goated ranking, i would personally add abzu, hollowknight, dying light 1, metal gear solid V and evil within 2 all extraordinary game.

I'm glad you think so, thank you so much! 😁 I have Hollow Knight on another list, otherwise it definitely would have made it. Haven't played Metal Gear Solid (any of them 🫣) or Evil Within 2! I need to check out Evil Within for sure since I love RE so much.

3. RDR 2
2. God of War
1. Last of Us 2
The Last of Us 2 has left a lasting impact on me. It's such a special game. The storytelling is unparalleled, the graphics look like they are from a ps5 game, and the controls are perfect. It just might be my favorite game of all time

Man, we have pretty similar taste! I wonder how that happened? 🤣 Hard agree - Last of Us Part 2 deserves to be in the conversation for one of the best of all time.
