I think this video was released a little too prematurely. You needed to find quality research from churches asking the same question as that is a very different scenario and most church giving companies have stated data from their own research showing that churches do end up bringing in more money when donors cover fees.

We felt there was enough data from other non-profits for churches to at least think twice before asking donors to cover the fees.
