I must say I enjoy your videos. they are clean and straight to the point. With all the videos I have seen for lasers and creating smalls, this one is the best so far. I really hope that you continue to produce these they are really really good!
Can i ask with the file does it come with preset cut and engrave settings or what are yku engraving/cutting at. Im having real hard job with mine. Have same one as you but can't seem dial in the cutting/engraving without it being quite crispy 😬👍🏴

It has settings but it will depend on your material. For cutting I like 275mm/m at 100%
