what if o have a rotary with a chuck ??

I have a 10w longer laser. how do you get your clean cuts? I have a bunch of burn marks on when I cut out basswood. My settings are 350sp / 40%pw. I have tried other settings and I still get the burn marks after cutting.

Can you share how you calculated the dimensions for this gig. I'm looking to make something similar for my Atomstack A5 Pro and cheap honeycomb off Amazon.

I have the longer ray 5 10 W and it can't home like yours. It trys to go past it's point and starts making noises. Anyway to fix this?

Owning a CO2 laser myself, I think the biggest difference which wasn't mentioned, is the ability to cut/engrave clear acrylic and also engrave glass. For taking this from a hobby to a business, this ability is an absolute game changer. I've never even switched my Ortur diode laser on, since getting my GWeike Cloud Pro 2.

if that is a zinc coated sheet, I'd reconsider that as the backer to the honeycomb. Use a nice ceramic tile or something.

Im from Europe, and I have never heard of this laser until now, which caught me interested, but.. does it have functions like Xtool's: 1. Curve engraving 2. Similiar adjustment to pinpoint system on Xtool where its so easy to mark and set the size/position of materials 3. Does the company offer fume extractor like Xtool so its possible to use inside without external vents? 4. Rotary attachment is an option? 5. Swappable laser modules? The most important can you attach IR laser for metal engraving? Jn versatility its so hard to beat Xtool
