These young ladies are exciting, innovative, and they graduated from college last year. They are fun loving, but the lyrics of most of their songs deliver societal commentary. My favorite band. I recommend checking out "REIWA Dating Apps Generation" next. You really can't go wrong with any choice though. Their entire catalogue is good 🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻
@@jimmysrandom It's a good rabbit hole and this band deserves the attention. I'm pretty sure they're still independent (they released their 1st full album under Crystal Lake's label though) and we won't be seeing them in the States until September. They're coming to a festival in Virginia. I'd love for them to get more recognition and have a full US tour
Hanabie is the best. They are finally getting some attention. Every song is fire. I recommend Greed Five Eggs 'How to Get' th-cam.com/video/iHIzp-Gi4A4/w-d-xo.html They are similar to Hanabie but nobody knows them. Newer.

In Japan there's different sub genre of rock ( around 50 I think) I believe this falls into Kawaii metal. Check out a band called baby metal. Very similar
I love Babymetal. And there are definitely similarities. But this is Harajukucore. I don't think anyone uses Kawaii Metal except Babymetal. The most similar bands to Babymetal call themselves alt-idol. Like Broken by the Scream and Passcode.
