Love this one! I love having Rachel there for alternatives and just enjoy her addition. I am definitely slower than you guys. This 55 year old doesn’t move a nimbly as you two so I tried the .75 and it was fine but you sound really tired. Ha ha! I’ll stick with the regular speed and do my best. Thanks for all you do. You keep me exercising!
I am on day 23 of the beginner challenge. This is by far the best and my favorite workout so far. With all the combination strength workouts I can tell a difference in my posture while at work and in general strength building. Thank You so very much!

This by far is a fav for me, I love working the back!! I love this format too. Bonus - I stuck with the same weights all the way through except for the one arm rows, I went up in weight for those!! Holy awesome, holy great, holy BANANAS!! MORE PLEASE!!
This was great! Just what I needed! I loved the countdown for the last 2 circuits, helped me know that, yes I can do this, it's not that long!!😅 And I feel like it was a back and core workout for me!
Love the updated back burnout! I've been following your programming for awhile and the last time I did the OG version I had to use 10lbs and split my reps into singles. This time I used my 15lbs and the only movement I had to do singles on was the back fly. Thanks Lindsey, Rachel and the NML team ❤

Single arm back row on the box-wow, when you said to grip the weight lightly and pull up with the elbow that TOTALLY changed my experience of the move. So good! Love all your form pointers throughout. NML workouts have taken me from self conscious to confident with strength training 💪🏻 🎉

I can't thank you enough.I had severe mid back pain which was not resolving despite physiotherapy abd acupressure.After doing this sets it's vanished...I'm amazed.
This is such an awesome workout! Sometimes I follow this up with your chest workout. Am wondering if you’ve ever considered doing an osteoporosis workout for bone building? I do weight training for this purpose but certain things i can’t do including cat/cow. Anyway, just an idea but i can modify on my own. Thank you! Best, Hilary

This was intense and a great targeted workout. Added on a the 10 min inner thigh worked for good measure. Only thing; still seeing more ads than normal - 3 in less than 30 min.
I recently pulled something in my back last week and don't know the best course of action to take. I skipped 4 days last week of working out and it was hard getting back into it, so I don't want to stop. What would you suggest?
