7:13 I went tha other day to ride it again, and for some odd reason they replaced tha clown design of the jack in the boxes with some wrapping paper, I’m not sure why they changed it were they too “scary” for kids or maybe because it resembled Krusty the clown? 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Another Attic change I noticed: Right beside the new "stage" with the two jack-in-the-boxes, there's an additional closed box with a spinning crank that features the original clown design on the front. Every now and then, a pair of glowing eyes will peek out from under the lid, only to hide away again. If you ever watch a video or review the footage of the scene and hear loud bangs, that's this box doing its thing. Most videos of the ride completely ignore this small addition, since it's very uncommon to see in action, but a few videos do have it and I think it's a really fun addition. You can see the eyes poking out VERY BRIEFLY at 5:50 before the watermark covers it.
I have some things you missed: 1: at the gate entrance jack used to be there sitting on a pumpkin looking at a snowflake but he’s not there this year maybe it’s because the left side of the queue isn’t finished and they might add him back when they finish that part 2: before there were decorations on the cupola: the place where the ghost host hanged himself: but this year they are not there

I'm unsure if they re-used the head or not though. I hope they return but it won't be that big of a deal if they don't.
I think they're completely new and not reused- the previous jack-in-the-boxes have been pretty much the same since opening day (for some reason, on opening day they were stuck in "pop-up" position, just like these new ones are). By the look of it to me, the heads are much smaller than the originals.

You forgot to mention the skeleton heads projections in the stretch room. That effect also went away in 2019.
