I sincerely hope Jackson comes out as the best qb in the draft. I don’t know why they are so skeptical about a guy who carried his team and won a Heisman. They can’t even say it’s his measurements that worries them either cause he does have the size.
He was inaccurate in college and didn’t go through a lot of reads.. don’t act like he was flawless.. I like him but saying I don’t know why they are Skeptical is being biased.. he has obvious flaws which are obvious reasons for skepticism

Scouts reporting on twitter that NFL QB coaches said he had the best grasp on the game during team interviews, by far. Fantastic arm, excellent tape and the best football IQ. Any fan whose team gets him should be thrilled. Denver would be great for him. 49er fan here.

I love the draft, every year they hype up the players like they are the second coming of Jesus and most don't even make it on the field let alone have any type of career.

Go watch footage of Rosen and you will see a ton of WR drops as well. This is college football were talking about and the fact is that most of these QB prospects had WRs that dropped a lot of passes.
Tay K yeah but he played from shotgun, under center he is as raw as they come. Same thing with Mayfield, such a Browns move haha. Jackson is in perfect spot behind Flacco, though I don't see Joe embracing a teaching role. Jets McCown is known to be a selfless mentor, as is Darnold. The Jets struck a frigging gold, platinum and ruby mine getting Sam and having McCown and Bates to guide him.

when a qb doesn't throw at the combine, what does that tell you? it tells you that the man's ass and can't throw and doesn't wanna be exposed. darnold got bust written all over him
It tells me that he can't improvise with new receivers and instantly be on the same page, which will hurt him in the NFL. It'd be a nuisance to constantly go to Southern California to work out and bond
That just means he will be exposed in the nfl, if you don't even have the guts, the self confidence and the ability to throw basic routes in the combine you're probably going to be mediocre at best.

DJ Dactyl it means that his pro day needs to be perfect. No overthrows or under throwing, right in the receivers hands, if it's an incompletion make sure it's the receiver that missed it not a bad throw

Yea this is mostly highlights for Rosen. He missed more passes than shown. He missed the two previous corner patterns to the third where the receiver dropped it. And another he sailed over the WR on the speed out.

I’m not the biggest Eli fan but come on don’t disrespect the dude won two rings with mvps for both of them against arguably the best qb of all time. Don’t say Rosen is a better player yet.
Boy Wonder you’re really comparing Eli to dilfer? Lmao Dilfer has no super bowl mvps and won with maybe the best defense ever. Eli’s not the greatest but Still he was the very 1st player drafted in his class too in a much more talented draft with qbs like Philip Rivers and Big Ben and players like Fitz and Sean Taylor. Eli beat Brady twice in Super Bowls and won MVP both times and has started almost 15 years straight with 4 pro bowl appearances. Dilfer has no pro bowl appearances. Im not a giants or Eli fan, I’m just saying it’s too early to say Rosen is better. He could be down the road but who knows. These analysts are always so quick to jump the gun and don’t recall what talent they witnessed in the past when comparing. They just see Eli now.

Rosen,Allen & LJ are this years best QB's by far. Also much less talked about Rudolph will pan out better than upcoming Busts Darnold & Mayfield. I think for Browns its either sign cousins, draft Barkley at 1st and take Rosen. But they'll mess up in the draft and most likely keep failing for another decade lol

Branden Jackson BC it was his best and worst throws lol. The other qb's they showed the 40 long jump and vertical. Therefore the title of the videos are about their "skills"
Well Josh Rosen did all the workouts so they show his 40, jumps and throws, and lamar only threw, so thats why the titles are different.

Personally I have the qbs ranked like this.
1) Baker Mayfield
2) Lamar Jackson
3) Josh Allen
4) Josh Rosen
5) Sam Darnold
Negatives: Darnold had 25 turnovers. Rosen can't evade pressure and is injury prone. Allen needs to improve accuracy. Jackson needs to be more consistent. Mayfield's issues are off the field.
Cypren Teaupa mayfield also doesn’t throw guys open. Yeah he is a great QB when he is playing at OU and receivers are open by a mile. But when Georgia tightened up the coverage in the secondary, he had a very quiet second half.
omieg89 he had a quiet second half because they tried to switch it up and run the football. Look at his throws where the windows are tight it is on the money and if you go back to his Texas Tech days he threw into even tighter windows. Rosen has the best mechanics in the draft but he can't stay healthy and can't avoid pressure and those 2 things definitely don't go together.

When did everyone start comparing QBs? Each have their own talent and flaws, People would watch Drew B and say he doesn't have the arm talent or he's way to short to make it. Peyton manning, " Oh but Leaf has more velocity on his ball", he's going to be the better QB. Vince Young, RG3, Josh Campbell, Joey Harrington all could make every throw, but football is the ultimate team sport and the QB is the by far the most important position. The real thing is this draft, only one QB played like a true day 1 starter and that was Baker. Sam, Joshx2 are now in the same division and will face each other on a yearly basis. So if you wanna compare QB's watch the AFC east when they play each other this year. Then all the "trash af" comments can be scrapped cause playing the QB position takes way more than arm talent, it takes hard work and leadership.

rudolph is a wildcard for sure. Falk is streaky sadly. Not huge on jackson because of his size though. not height, he just need to gain about 30 pounds of muscle lol so thin
Both the Jets and Cardinals struck gold and I hope the young guns get some playing time this year but they're both the future so I hope they keep the expectations in check. I think the jets know exactly what they got as they scouted Sam for 2 1/2 long years. They never expected the Browns or giants would pass on Darnold and I don't think 3-5 could have either so giving up 2 second rounders and Richardson trade will be worth it in long run.

I think Lamar Jackson should be a quarterback, but he could end up like Tebow. He was unwilling to change to a TE and eventually got kicked out of the NFL. But what's funny is, Trey Burton was Tebow's backup and changed to a TE and is successful in the NFL
