I think that when we connect with someone of same gender we graduatly lose our "straight mask". First we allow ourselves to find them attractive, then we allow ourselves to being touched, then we allow ourselves to being kissed, etc...
The rest is just purely mechanical. If you can enjoy back sex with a girl hook-up then you'll be able to enjoy a guy (a hole is a hole, your dick work the same).
