Yes! You have the Covergirl foundation and you have used the high end versions a lot so it will be good to have your opinion.

I have both of the Chanel versions and just a tip for getting more coverage - at least for the Chanel ones (I can’t speak on the covergirl one) - add your second layer once the first layer dries down a little and gets that tackiness before completely drying down. Then let both dry down completely. That usually helps for me. Hope that made sense.

Any tips on shade matching online or even in person for complexion products? I have a warm yellowish undertone but I also have redness from rosacea. Never used foundation or concealer so very confused on how to find a good match 😅
I've been using the covergirl skin essence and I really like it so far.
lol the eyebrow piercing took me for a loop, you had me convinced! It looks so good on you. I love the new elf blush ! I’m not convinced with the covergirl foundation, seems a bit finicky. And I’m your tone so shade would be iffy. And expensive!!! Might pass. Thanks for the try on! I was unsure

I’ve watched a few reviews because at 30 Canadian …you’re right she pricey.Most who apply with a brush say for this one use a sponge and it goes on so much better.I don’t use a sponge myself but I’d love to know which is better ❤

Been trying to use up the products I have but I may have been influenced to get the Covergirl base product! I have never tried the chanel or rose inc one because they were so expensive but I'm intrigued now!

Did the foundation have a strong smell to it? I bought the cover girl one made with Olay and the smell was terribly strong.

For your skin, the Clinique looks better. I’m glad you tried it out though. Funny how the same product looks so different from person to person. I could not get a good color match for the Tower 28 concealer, even though I love the product.

Ok so I started watching this to see your opinions on the products (I had already ordered some of those Nyx concealers and want to keep seeing opinions of them!) but I’m commenting because I want to thank you for finally helping me understand why I pronounce mauve the way I do 😅 I’m also Canadian and I didn’t realise it must be the French influence. I don’t even speak French, but I’ve always pronounced it like you - mauve, rhymes with…. Dove as in “I dove under the covers”?? I guess mauve rhyming with suave is more the American way!
