As silly as it is to love a cereal brand, I really do love the monster cereal. There is just such a warm nostalgia associated with it and I am glad it's still around.
Halloween in the pass was dope. I also love these monster cereals i do remember them being out year around. But now seeing them on Halloween is just magic. My dad and mom grew up with these.

I get the feeling that every time a new cereal like this comes out, the actual cereal inside is getting older and older as the unsold cereal in silos is repackaged again and again in order to sell it. Some of the cereal may be several years old by now. sell it to the kids! They won't know any better!
I hate the KAWS redesigns. What are the puffy cloud things on Frankenberry and Count Chocula's heads? The weird, sketchy outlines and X-ed out eyes were also baffling choices. The whole thing just feels lazy and uninspired. Nothing beats the original 1970's box art.
@@paperverp Well he didn't add anything. It's just a lazy reduction befitting something more like parody. His renditions are like something you would see in Mad Magazine if they were mocking the brand.
