Tip for this method.
Make sure you have the sprint attack skill. While doing it with the spear make sure you only tap your light attack once and not do a combo because your first light attack will lock onto fishes. This method also wont reduce ur stamina. Spam your light attack fast enough to not do a combo and ur gonna do this 10x faster.
So spam but not too fast to the point where you could end up performing a combo?
@@petersmith5978 I guess he meant keep repeating sprint --> light attack --> sprint --> light attack amd so on.
Not sure as I have not yet unlocked that skill.

@@Tom-is-not-human Assassins Creed likes to keep up with real world events, it's one way to the player to feel more connected with the world. I even thouth they would use Covid as some sub plot or anomaly caused by the Isu or Templar mischief.
My evor caught the covid because I wasn't wearing my mask.

You really don't need much money, I've been going for 100% so collecting everything wealth, mysteries and artifacts and have never been short on money. This method is probably not needed unless you wanna just buy absolutely everything

I hope u didnt install the 1.0.2 update. You wont get past a certain level called A Seer Solace unless you uninstall without it. Hope this got to you in time would hate to be already 11 hrs in, 4 abilities and 4 more weapons

Cool Detail tip: Eivor will light individual candles in underground passages. Also one of the AFK animations for Eivor is him/her inspecting the hidden blade!

Great tip! Went from bridge to bridge in 1 run and made around 1700 silver. Also 2 spear heavy attack can take out a school of fish in 1 hit if they are close enough.
I found an easier way to do this farming. Sprint attack locks on to it's target so you can sprint attack spam up and down that river with no stamina cost. Farmed over 150+ fish in like 10ish mins at the most with that

Fun fact you don't need the skill to dual wield weapons if You put the two-handed weapon in the right hand pull it out and have it in its resting stance and then go back in your inventory you can equip the second weapon in your left hand

I found this cool detail, when you are in the map, if you hover over a name (not sure if the fog needs to be there), but you can hear sounds/hunts/noise of what could be in that spot.
I.e In Norway if you went searching for the Elk legendary animal, if you moved over to where the location is you could hear the Elk breathing sounds, likewise if you moved over a city you could hear people, birds of the settlement, every place was almost different

It's not nearly as necessary in this one since all gear is viable but i do wish it was there nonetheless

Tip for getting lot's of silver? Go to the east coast of England and find a massive ship wreck. Plenty of silver there.

There's another very good one at Lacestone in Lincolnscire. If you look straight south of the fast travel, there are 2 ponds perpendicular to each other. The one on the left is full of different fish than this one and the water is all waist deep. Right next to a bandit camp.

Hey Jor I think there’s an even better place to farm fish for money. It’s called Skegi’s beard the east coast of Lincolnshire. It’s in an enemy area but they’re easily dealt with and the fish are more expensive.
Thank god for jorraptor, this is more relaxing, than fishing itself in the game.

I came by to post about a great fishing spot for silver that was full of big fish, I caught over 58 large bullhead and over 23 large perch in about 2 hours. I saved, logged out like I do every night, planning to fish more today to log in and find all the big fish missing from my inventory. All the other regular and small ones were there just not the big ones so I'll be selling every night until this bug is caught.
The fishing spot is in Oxenfordscire between Evesham Abby and Perie in a little pond where there's a fisherman watching you, whistling away.
If you run out of stamina use the throwing axe fury ability to get your stamina back and since there are no targets you stop for like half a second and then can continue the slaughter also not using an adrenaline point.
Started playing this a few days ago, I love it! The combat is awesome!

So here's my tip for making fast silver. Get a spear and kill fish by the Northwic dock. I just made 1400 silver in about 10 minutes.
Hmm i personally think that vendor that buys fish that you get during fishing isnt really a glitch but something that is one of the way for player to earn money in game. Silver is needed many things what i have understand in valhalla upgrading materials, training horse, buying arrows etc. If you dont have decent way to make or earn it that effects gameplay for some people variety from being slightly annoyed or even giving up some features like upgrading the weapon. Odyssey the epic item upgrading from lvl 12 to 15 was hmm 1200 i think so yeah it can get expensive if you are just slowly learning to play game for first time.
This is nice tip for anyone that is just starting the game and i probably have to wait sale for get it, thanks for videos jor :)

If you have 2 handed weapon and spam the heavy hit button just before you land... you can survive from any hight
A tactic I’ve been doing is max betting on the drinking game. Get the rhythm down and move the joystick when prompted and it’s an easy 400 silver
There is a fast travel point in Glowecestrescire just to the east of Thieves Warren where there are tons of sheep. Good for leather and a bit of animal parts. Not sure if you can rinse and repeat this tho the way you do with the Witcher 3 glitch.

Agreed. Although I wanted to play this on PS5 so badly (sadly I’ll get mine delivered late December/January) it still looks amazing on the ps4 pro without much FPS drops

The stamina mechanism is pretty funny, you decrease the stamina while you does light or heavy attack, but doesn’t effect when you are running 🤔
Another quick money is the drinking game , the one in Walden the guys is super easy to beat and be sure to bet 200 so you'll get more money faster ( I see this in a couple videos so I share this here :) for you guys).

I found out that the moonlight and Spartan bow from ubi connect do NOT require any resources to rank up! Cool! (Sill have to pay to upgrade stats though).

I’m 30 hrs in and I don’t have a single spear. But I also have never hurt for silver. I watched a review video and the guy said when he beat the game he had about 10k silver and to not be afraid to spend it.

Totally unrelated, but you can destroy weak walls without using oil canisters. Just use the Incendiary Powder Trap ranged ability.

Found a way to dual wield without the skill. Only thing u cant have 2 2handed but u can do 2 handed and a shield or axe. Just attack with 2 handed than w8 a sec and go back in inventory than u can equip a second weapon.

A good option. I found out that you can repeat the drinking games and can farm there money too. I had ca 2000 silver in a few minutes.

Edit: In the German version the place where I do the drinking game was I think "Mendele". There it was very easy for me.

@@JorRaptor Depends on which drinking game it is. I've noticed that the drinking games require between 3-6 horns to win. They also appear to have an internal cooldown to place a bet (the cooldown might be a bug).
Drinking games arent terribly hard to do but yea its 400 max per win so its the more "legal" way to farm as i wont be shocked if ubisoft nerf this money strat.

@Charlie Bruce Maybe my game was bugged when I attempted to replay (I tried the drinking game again immediately after placing a bet and winning). Unfortunately I can't remember the location of the drinking game I tried to repeat.
I feel like fishing is probably faster since I netted (fishing pun intended) around 1.4k silver in about 5 minutes of using the spear strategy.
Also if you're already drunk when starting the drinking games I believe that you will stagger more often, making them (marginally) more difficult.

Really needs a method for a Lot more arrows available for a ranged build. Really missing Odyssey's instant crafting mechanic.
Theres skills that make arrows not consume ammo and allow you to retrieve 100% of your arrows

10k in 40 min of drinking game while it's bugged, turn TV volume off, do it, rinse repeat set alarm on your phone 30-40 min. Pretty boring but it works. 10k isn't enough to buy everything btw. I say about 14k maybe push to 16k

In my own opinion and from playing this game its the warst AC game ive played so far
Just spent a half hour doing this and got 4 of the fish needed for the list.
You could also challenge someone to a drinking contest over and over again and bet the highest bet.
Yeah and every time it’s harder because they built up a harder tolerance
U can also do flyting which in my opinion easier and more fun than drinking and everytime u win u get 400 if u bet highest bid ofc

An easier way to make money is going to the town Walden, go to the drinking game, bet 200 and win 200. Each game takes around a minute give or take. Rinse and repeat as much as you want. Easy and you make thousands of silver per hour.
Rinse and repeat gets a whole new meaning here. 😂
