The people in Colombo are really friendly! Sometimes in bigger cities, people can be a little more "rude", if thats the right word. But not here in Colombo, really nice people.

You could also visit Maradana and see the city's oldest train station, or take a walk through Viharamahadevi Park and enjoy some delicious Sri Lankan vanilla and strawberry ice cream at Jagro. There’s so much more to discover in this vibrant city

durian is great i love it - you have to hold your nose a little sometimes until you get used to it, but its very delicious fruit. some people say its stinky, but its really just a little strong hang in there and that passes quick as you start to eat or drink it. 🎉
