Then in turn 2 use skill 1 and 2 of Castoria 2. Then use rest of Kiara skill in round 3. This works on berserkers nodes too. You can use plug suit help but I didn’t need it yet.

Meanwhile my less invested np1 non-grailed jeanne archer and berserker musashi easily loop with 0 initial np from ce and without using any mystic code...

Most of the guides I seen put skiara as a top tier looper but I guess from my experience it's not true.
Don't sleep on her death chance by the way. It's 100% at base charge, same as Nitocris with her skill up. Nito does scale better with overcharge, but Kiara can still guarantee death on 80%ers at overcharge 300% (compared to Nito's 200%). That covers the majority of bronze with just a Devilish Bodhisattva or Duke of Flames.

On multi number 5, I get Medusa Lancer, Valkyries, and another Kiara (yes, all in 1 multi). I still don't have the 5* CE. I can MLB the 4* CE. What the actual hell is my luck?!

Got NP2 Summer Kiara while hunting for LB Honey Lake, so all I need now is Ganesha to complete my Moon Cancer collection. She's annoying to get to work in a 6-Slot Comp or Black Grail, and I already got Jarcher and Spishtar for just about any node, but I'll do what I must to cater to this beautiful mermaid. 'Sides, I'll eventually Bond out my other Arts Loopers, so another one to lean on is still a good thing indeed.

My Np1 Castoria took 900 SQ and 90 tickets. She's gonna eat all my embers too, because the x5 great success rate is gone now as well. Next year, I hope RNGsus is more merciful on me, I need at least 7 SSR limited units
Been looking forward to the summer servant guides. Poor Kiara got the post castoria treatment. Devs were a bit scared of making a mega arts loops so made her a bit wonky. No where near as bad some of the post skadi quick servants though but still not ideal. NA getting append skills early really helps her out but ya she's gonna fall off soon as Kama comes around next year. And Vitch empowers summer BB with a more straightforward kit. Disregard high IQ, aquire unga BBunga.

Man, Kiara is the first time that I've had to desperately roll to get a 5 star. Every other one like Castoria or Chad Romulus took me 2 or 3 big rolls, but trying to get Kiara drained me of like, 330 whole SQ. I had literally verbally given up and was just about to accept that I wasn't going to get her when the last roll came in and boom, there she is. I hope this doesn't sound too tone deaf! I know that I'm already super lucky to be having such great odds, but I'd kinda gotten so used to that luck that this was *extra* worrying to me, you know? I'd like to share my luck with everyone, good luck on your rolls! :D

Seeing how I managed to NP 5 her whilst going for MLB Honey Lake (only managed 3 copies sadly), damage is not at all something I need to worry about for her. Now my question is whether to keep lv 120ing my Space Ishtar(NP 3 and at lv 108) or Lv 120 Summer Kiara instead. Or should level 100 suffice for her farming most content? Any recommendations?
lvl 90 is fine enough, 100 if you really love a servant, its not really worth it to get anyone to 120, you'd probably do better by focusing on battery append, and maybe first one too

Does anyone else find it annoying that all these FGO channels seem to assume everyone watching has whaled themselves to bankruptcy for the latest meta support? I dont have Castoria and frankly I wish I hadn't bothered even trying. I can still loop with Kiara using Waver and Skadi, but to be honest looping has never appealed to me. Mostly because I have self chargers in every class, two K-scopes and two MLB Imaginary Elements. I think the FGO community has become far too obsessed with looping in general.
Yeah, their obsession with looping sometimes gets annoying. 🙄 But this isn't Fino's fault, majority of the viewers cares a lot about looping so he has to mostly cover under this angle for better or worse.

i like kiara but i decided to save for kama instead since i like her a lot more and seems to be a better farmer ,i got tempted to roll a bit and even wasted a few tickets but hearing how she struggles with farming compared to kama made me finally stop having those urges(at least got most of the CEs) so now i can save for murasaki and ibuki safely
And she's currently broken in NA. Not broken as in she's extremely good (I personally think she's okay, but outclassed by SpIshtar and Summer Kama), but broken as in her third skill doesn't work as intended (instead of increasing her damage for every mental debuff on each enemy, she increases her damage based on how many mental debuffs are on HERSELF). Meh, she'll probably get fixed soon-ish

I wanted her, but also wanted to save my SQ, so I decided to only spend at most 90 SQ and a few tickets. Ended up getting her with one multi and a single ticket. Said screw it and went all in for NP2 so she could do good damange. 6 multis and 30 tickets later, managed to get a second copy. I'll take it!

I read on twitter that in NA they fucked up the coding of her NP so that it deals more damage for each mental buff on herself rather than debuffs on enemies, based on datamined data... dunno if that's true, my Kiara honestly hits pretty hard regardless, but I figured I'd say that either way

so... I rolled for Kiara because her NP is beautiful, and I like mermaid theme. I admit that I got her NP2 for gameplay reasons because lots of people said she's comparable to Spinshtar ( which avoided me and all my quarz when I pulled for her -.-). Regret getting her? nope. np2 her? maybe. Byrnhild was another reason as why I pulled, because her ascension are all so pretty. I don't even care if she's bad. Illya is ok, I don't mind. Oh, and happiest is Karna spooked me. Overall I'm quite satified with them, less happy with my now empty SQ stash XD Ps. Good luck for everyone pulling in this banner.

Can you tell me your setup? I've felt like she did less damage and had trouble with refunding than my Jeanne, Musashi, or DaVinci.

Battery is usually better. It is up to you, also take in consideration what Craft Essences and Servants, to support her, you can use.
Oh, yes. Anti-caster may be worthwhile if you plan to farm the vault with her.

I assume 90-100 is fine for her
If you're doing either for gameplay reasons, don't. It's not worth it. That being said go to 120 with whichever one you like better.

i like kiara but i decided to save for kama instead since i like her a lot more and seems to be a better farmer ,i got tempted to roll a bit and even wasted a few tickets but hearing how she struggles with farming compared to kama made me finally stop having those urges(at least got most of the CEs) so now i can save for murasaki and ibuki safely

And she's currently broken in NA. Not broken as in she's extremely good (I personally think she's okay, but outclassed by SpIshtar and Summer Kama), but broken as in her third skill doesn't work as intended (instead of increasing her damage for every mental debuff on each enemy, she increases her damage based on how many mental debuffs are on HERSELF).
Meh, she'll probably get fixed soon-ish

In a nutshell: she's a looper AND a fighting game character!
I continuously use Jinako as a Solo and very good Servant while I do find Summer Kiara a bit awkward to use but she is good in her own way.
Yeah, Jinako is also a pretty good support. She supplies charge, stars, invulnerability, and a taunt.

I wanted her, but also wanted to save my SQ, so I decided to only spend at most 90 SQ and a few tickets. Ended up getting her with one multi and a single ticket. Said screw it and went all in for NP2 so she could do good damange. 6 multis and 30 tickets later, managed to get a second copy. I'll take it!

i got her with the maintenance SQ. seriously, i got castoria yesterday after she mercilessly robbed me of all SQ, and kiara just shows up out of nowhere

I read on twitter that in NA they fucked up the coding of her NP so that it deals more damage for each mental buff on herself rather than debuffs on enemies, based on datamined data... dunno if that's true, my Kiara honestly hits pretty hard regardless, but I figured I'd say that either way

so... I rolled for Kiara because her NP is beautiful, and I like mermaid theme. I admit that I got her NP2 for gameplay reasons because lots of people said she's comparable to Spinshtar ( which avoided me and all my quarz when I pulled for her -.-). Regret getting her? nope. np2 her? maybe.
Byrnhild was another reason as why I pulled, because her ascension are all so pretty. I don't even care if she's bad.
Illya is ok, I don't mind.
Oh, and happiest is Karna spooked me.
Overall I'm quite satified with them, less happy with my now empty SQ stash XD

Wait... Doesn't Kiara's first skill require you to use Double Tamamo Caster and any other Servant and MC that lowers skill cooldowns? Ugh! Too much big brain for this Servant LOL. Not that it's gonna stop me from attempting to get her... I mean, I tried already but only got Summer Bryn...
But yeah, I wish Kiara kept her Nega-Saver passive... It would be like how versions of Altria and Gilgamesh keep a form of Charisma in their kits. That would have been her unique skills that carries over no matter what Servant Class she's in.
