On a bit more serious note, pay close attention to your minimum speed through the first flowy off throttle section in sector one, right before the short tunnel. There's usually a lot of time to be found through there by taking the right line and keeping the minimum speed as high as possible

1:14 The speed bumps are a nice touch. I haven’t played since GT5 but often used the section on the left to straighten the corner out some more.
