🐄 BRAISED BEEF MARROW & BEANS: Simmer the bone in the broth for three hours. Steam the beans for 30 minutes. Stuff the beans in the marrow hole with a chopstick. Simmer the stuffed bone in the broth for another two for three hours. Serve with broth and bread for dipping.

People say that about every one of his co-hosts. It’s less about them and more about him, he has the charisma to vibe well with just about anyone. If anything, it’s a testament to him as a host!
I've been watching for a few years now and I still can't comprehend how Netflix hasn't picked this up as a proper show. The production quality is bananas and far superior than a lot of stuff they have green lit and put out. Here's hoping this gets the exposure and spot it deserves.

And then there was one episode where the funny counting guy was called to do the counting..that was freaking hilarious. That's why I love Sunny's video.

I've said this before - Long is my absolute favourite co-host. His honesty turns situations into comedy and he is just so likeable. A while ago I noticed the One Trip Vietnam partnership seemed like it was no more and it was disappointing because those guys are really awesome. Vi Bi is also great **hint hint** 😂 Well you are headed off to the States but, I do hope we get to see some of the old channel friends make a comeback.
