Very well explained on ingredients and highlighted with effect on taste and most importantly advice on heat control- cooking spicy pork to perfection.Thank you Chef .👍🫰💯😋🇰🇷🇸🇬
I meant Korean cooking wine, made from rice. It's similar to Japanese sake. If you'll be using mirin, reduce sugar because it's sweet. I never tried with Chinese Shaoxing wine. : )
for meat lovers, how many grams of meat per person per serving? Assuming i cook 600g of meat, do I multiply the above ingredients and sauce by 3 i.e. 200g x 3 = 600g? look forward to your reply. thanks.
This recipe is measured for 1person. If you are planning to cook 600g , I recommend to increase the the sauce to 2.5~3 times depending on your preference or taste. Good luck!👍😉
Yes. I made the previous one for one serving and the second version is for 4 to 5 people. People requested a recipe for larger groups, and that's I made it. I hope you can make either one of those recipe.

When it comes to the rice wine, do you mean like Mirin? Or Sake, or Chinese Shaoxing wine?
