now react to their song the final episode 😂 it’s a must with this band
Yesss
Yep. One of my alltime fav songs to get hype too
The song that got me into this band, definitely would love a react!!!
Danny Worsnop is hands down my favorite vocalist. Love all his music. Great lyricist as well.. he's as good as they get. Definitely recommend doing more and checking out different eras of the band!
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not gonna deny that Danny is VERY talented. I grew up with old school AA, though. Metalcore is all I listened to. Specifically their album Stand Up and Scream. That album shaped my childhood from 8th grade up to now. Unfortunately I was not a fan of Death to Destiny at first, but I warmed up to it. When The Black came out, I was overly happy for them to return to their roots. After that, they fell off for me. I personally felt like they sold out. I’ve tried listening to every album and there are a few songs I didn’t dislike, but to me, personally, it’s not the same. I understand why they moved genres and I’m all for bands exploring and experimenting, but it has to be done right. Most notable BMTH has done amazing things with every album they produced. No idea why I love all BMTH but only old AA, but that’s just how I am. I saw AA live back in 2016 in LA, even met the band. I have a signed tour poster and flag.
I wish I could like new AA, but I just can’t.
@HudsonFoxtrot fair enough, my opinion is different.
I didn't really get into AA until their self-titled album. I knew of them and like some of their songs from Stand Up and Scream and From Death to Destiny had to grow on me too, but i love it!
Their self-titled is where they sold me, and every album after that has great. The song writing really shows how Danny feels, too. I relate to it more. And I grew up on classic rock and blues and am also a fan of his solo albums.
I think maybe you are more a fan of the sound than the band. Nothing wrong with that. Not everyone can like everything, but I listen to pretty much anything... and lyrics are everything, lol
@@HeroInTragedy oh for sure. Danny solidified my love of metal. I seek out bands that have the same sound that they did. Like old BMTH, Capture the Crown (before the name change), Attack Attack!’s first album. Old Of Mice and Men, PTV, Sleeping with Sirens. Love metalcore. But AA was always my favorite. I taught myself guitar, bass, drums, and screaming with their first album. Could re-create it from memory.
Don’t get me wrong I listen to everything as well. From reggae to gospel, trucking songs from the 70’s to pop. Love it. Twenty One Pilots is probably my favorite band nowadays. Tool is a close second. I enjoy all of AA’s music up until The Black. But again, I can appreciate that the music itself sounds alright. I guess it’s more so knowing where they started and the major influence they had on me, and where they are now, it’s just too different. I know it sounds stupid, but that’s just how I see it. Would never knock anyone for liking their new stuff more tho, cause everyone has different tastes
@@HudsonFoxtrot have you checked out their latest album? Where do we go from here.
They brought back some of the metalcore. I recommend listening to it front to back. Very well put together
@@HeroInTragedy I’ll give it a listen. Driving trucks means I have an abundance of time to listen to music.
On the flip side I could talk about Twenty One Pilots all day. That band is the reason I’m alive and reconnected with my faith in Christ. CANNOT recommend enough! You ought to give their entire discography a listen. Literally a song for everyone as they switch genres depending on the song, not the album
You have to check out their song "Antisocialist" - it takes being "alone again" to a different level, and as an introvert, it's my anthem.
Finally Asking Alexandria I was asking for them in your lives guys. Danny is my favourite vocalist
You guys would LOVE Into the Fire! The breakdown is one of my all time favorites!
Agreed. Awesome song
AA will be a difficult rabbit hole to go down because they did a massive sound change from metal core to hard rock 5 albums in, not to mention the 4th album before the sound change is where Danny left the band for a bit.
They got like 3 or 4 hard Rock albums by now, but do not mistake them, they are metal core pioneers, perhaps the most essential pioneers of their time.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not gonna deny that Danny is VERY talented. I grew up with old school AA, though. Metalcore is all I listened to. Specifically their album Stand Up and Scream. I wish I could like new AA, but I just can’t.
everyone reading this, like this video please, i want this band more!!
I liked it because you asked so nicely
(And I enjoy their videos)
Love the acoustic “Alone in a Room” and “the violence”! Great reaction guys!
Should do a full Reckless and Relentless reaction
I just recently seen them live in Pittsburgh with MemphisMayFire, and TheWordAlive. Never seen Asking Alexandria before, and have wanted to see them since middle school. Was an incredible concert. Stoked that I finally got to see them
HI nate, that's amazing, I'll go today to see them in San Diego, finally a dream come true:)
Saw them about 11 years ago but they are still one of my top shoes I've ever been to. Playing The Final Episode the whole venue was screaming, it was amazing.
Saw them Friday with Memphis may fire ❤ amazing live
Thanks to everyone that voted for Asking Alexandria...Danny Worsop is amazing and their catalog is amazing!!!🤘
This is Asking Alexandria doing their best Avenged Sevenfold impression. In the best way possible, I love this song.
Was not expecting it to sound like that either, but I have a new song for my headbanger playlist. That was fun!
just saw them live 2 days ago. absolutely phenomenal live dude holy shit. Danny still got some insane vocals bruh
See What’s On The Inside is another fantastic song musically and lyrically
Love AA! Into the Fire, antisocialist, faded out, moving on , vultures and Where did it Go.... OMG so many amazing songs with Danny's vocals!!
He's got such a dope voice and he always nails the flow, like god damn
Oh Yeahhh, this is definitely going on my Playlist! 💜😎
Into the fire please. It's about the bands fallout with Danny and him apologizing and making amends
Metal and acoustic versions, absolutely hit differently for the same song.
Gotta check out their early work, from their first 3 albums. They used to be one of the classic metalcore bands. I love all their different sounds
Yaaay! Asking Alexandria! I just saw them on Sunday with Memphis May Fire and The Word Alive, great show
I got the privilege of seeing AA with Papa Roach and Shinedown in 2019 and they were amazing! Definitely here for more of them.
I really hope you still go through more of their discography!
Damn Kyle hit us with the gutteral!
I just saw them in April. So good in concert
Into the fire and Vultures!! Love them
Get to see them for the first time in the fall with Godsmack. Looking forward to it!
Seeing them tonight in San Diego with Memphis May Fire, The Word Alive and NERV!!!
I need to know where Eric bought that shirt
He gets a lot of his shirts at Spencers!
OH, this is GooooD!🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥💯😏✌️🫶🫂
The old stuff is MUCH MUCH better!
I’m afraid it’s not going to get 1k likes but I want more AA reactions from you guys so bad! Bad Blood, Into the Fire, Holding onto Something More, Nothing Left, Faded Out, Vultures, Miles Away. All fantastic songs!
You need to go deeper... "Not The American Average", "A Prophecy", "Run Free", "The Black", ""I Won't Give In" etc.
Danny’s solo work is amazing as well. His cover of Simple Man is top notch and showcases his skills
you guys should TOTALLY react to "alone in a room" from them, really, it's AWESOME!
My favourite is Killing You... The open still gives me chills
Kyle my boi, the beard is freaking awesome 🔥🔥
I Love this band so much, they are coming to a city near me in a few months, I have never been to a concert before, I am trying to hype myself up to buy tickets but I'm nervous.
I ain’t heard these guys in a minute. Awesome song
Ben Bruce is a savage guitarist!! Mans unreal. Please delve into these guys! I need yous too lol
imagine Eric listening "the final episode" or "a prophecy" after that !
If you want to take goosebumps to the next level, you should react to Asking Alexandria - moving on. Such a deep song.
Glad to see you guys dig into AA! You've got some GREAT songs coming if you keep digging into them. They're so good, with a very wide variety of songs.
You're going to love this!
This and Alone in a Room are epic.
Final Episode, Into The Fire, Morte Et Dabo, Run Free, and Vultures are great and Explicit is hilarious!! xD
band of my youth! I recommend A Prophecy, Death of me, I am one, Where did it go, Final Episode, Breathless...
Definitely do more asking Alexandria
Everyone hit the like button!! AA deserve more reaction from them 🖤
MORE ASKING PLEASE!🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Definitely need to listen to “not the American average” older song but definitely one of the best
Genuinely, 100% surprised y'all haven't reacted to Knocked Loose ft. Poppy yet. 😂😂
If you want to jump into them and you liked the acoustic version of alone in a room, you need to hear acoustic of into the fire! Incredible song
I love this AA song it's freaking sick 🖤🔥
Listen to the old stuff guys!!!!
Much love from Sudbury Ontario Canada
I’m seeing Danny’s acoustic solo tour in July 🤘🏻. Dark Void was a recent single of AA! 🔥
I've been listening to them about as long as I've been watching y'all and they are really awesome, I hope this makes it to 1k so y'all can check out more AA, great reaction fellas, CHEERS!!!
God what happens when they find Danny's solo stuff
You guys should REALLY react to their song Moving on!!! It's so so good!
Being a fan of them especially since the release of "Reckless and Relentless" it's been amazing seeing how much this band has grown and evolved. And after everything they've gone through with the departure of Danny and the release of "The Black" (personally not a fan of this era) and then ever since Danny returned they just got better and better.
And in my opinion I think it's safe to say I definitely have enjoyed the changes they've made along the way to where they are now but I also know a lot of the fan base who doesn't care for it and wanted the harder, heavy "OG" Asking Alexandria.
Don't get me wrong, "to the stage" is probably one of my favorite songs of theirs but everything they've made with Danny since they released "From Death to Destiny" has been 💯💯💯
I hope you guys jump on and enjoy an Asking Alexandria streak of reactions! 🤘🏼
this was danny’s first song back with the band after he left
I suggest you listen through their discography, they've changed quite a bit like BMTH, you won't regret it, maybe start with See Whats On The Inside since you've started with Alone Again, maybe go through that record and then go through more, you'll love Faded Out.
Liked and commented! Let's GO!!!! 🔥🤘
Check out the song ( mother lover) from Testarossa featuring Danny Worsnop of Asking Alexandria. Old school bangers!!
It seems a ton of people hated on their new-ish album, "See What's On The Inside". Mainly because they didn't go heavy on it. I find it absurd that people can hate on it for that, because it did go heavy af just emotional/mentally/etc. That album is an absolute masterpiece and I would LOVE for you guys to cover the whole thing in order. Love the reactions as always 🤙
Side Note: You've Made It This Far, is my favorite song. Hits a direct blow to the soul, and has a message everyone needs to hear.
Need more Asking Alexandria❤️.
You are gonna LOVE "Into the fire" and "Moving on"!!! Please please react to that!!!! Love you all!!!
My favourite song from them is final episode
Literally From Death to Destiny, Reckless & Relentless albums have nothing but Bangers , White Line Fever, Poison, Break down the Walls, killing you, a lesson never learned, to the stage, another bottle down, are some of the best ones, of course on SUAS , Not the American Average, Final Chapter, "I was Once, possibly, maybe, perhaps a cowboy king" were fantastic
I really like their songs❤❤😊
The newest album they put out is incredible
Although I love Asking Alexandria and this song and reaction, I think it was maybe in this video where you mentioned that you'd finished going through the Sleep Token discography - and maybe, perhaps, hopefully you'd want to find another band to do the same with? To that I'd hiiiiiiighly recommend Starset. I know you'd already reacted to some of their songs, but you only scratched the surface. So if you wanna go on a similarly coherent and progressive journey like you'd done with Sleep Token, I think you both would enjoy the same with Starset. I'd definitely follow that along from start to end, like I did with ST.
Love you both from the bottom of my heart! Keep up the good work! Kisses and hugs from Hungary! 😎❤️😘💋
Haven't listened to them since around the time Danny blew his chords out, its definitely different then their early stuff but I'm glad they survived and he healed. Check out their early stuff and enjoy the journey down.
Asking Alexandria, BVB and Motionless where my top three during highschool lol
You should definitely check out „Vultures“. My favorite of their songs.
Asking Alexandria - last episode
Asking Alexandria - breathless
Asking Alexandria - prophecy
Must watch!
We can't do them, we've tried and our audience won't show up.
@@Rykerroad @Rykerroad asking alexandria back then was huge, danny worsnoop got a problem with vocal throat, they needed to change. Now they are more "soft" like this song, you can tell! Thats why they "lost fans" because they are not heavy anymore. Sorry my english is not great 😅 i tried my best to explain ahah
Give them a chance with other song more popular. Im a metalhead because of this band 😅 try like the last episode or breathless. Thank you for the answer 🙏🏻😊 best regards from Portugal🇵🇹
You guys need to watch Alone in a room by them! Can’t believe you haven’t heard them
There is a more recent song by them called "Bad Blood" that sounds similar to their old sound. Of course, all of their old stuff is good, especially from the first two albums. My favorite is probably "The Match" from their Reckless and Relentless album.
Had I known that you both did know this band that well I would have suggested them a long time ago...lol
Good journey for you guys to go on in my opinion.
As Kyle said, Alone In A Room is amazing, both the original and acoustic versions.
Eric should go through the original, I think he will love it.
Alone in a Room is my favorite song by them.
Absolutely!
Bro, speaking of playing AA on guitar - that "big, slow, crushing" opening riff is super fun to play. Throw the axe in Drop D and give it a go!
You should for sure do some older asking Alexandria!!!
so as an asking alexandria megafan from 2009 and 9 till now its a different style all through out the albums with the more recent probably the most consistent in sound between danny leaving and coming back and a torn vocal cords while battling addiction its on of the best bands to come out from 2009
If you guys check out more, I'll at least suggest See What's On The Inside (title track off of this album), it will give you both chills!
Yessss!! More Asking Alexandria pretty pretty please!!! 🔥🤘😎
If the like goal has been reached, I recommend Into the Fire!
I think you guys should get into more Amity Affliction
Gotta do their earlier stuff when they were metalcore pioneers. Their new stuff slaps but they're more on the line of angst dad rock
you should react to the black (the song itself or any other song on the album, it’s amazing and definitely closer to what you initially expected from AA)
Haven't heard this one before! I saw Asking Alexandria live years ago and it was definitely heavier than this song. I'd love to see you two explore more of their music. LIKE THE VIDEO, PEOPLE!
AA IS PRETTY GREAT , THE NEW SOUND REALLY IS DOPE
Newer-ish song Dark Void by them is a must listen 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Have you guys heard of One OK Rock? If not, I would love to see you react to Take What you Want (Ambition Tour 2018) That's definitely the song to start with!
You gotta do “The final Episode” and A Prophecy !!
Never been entirely sure how to request/insist on a reaction…but here is a long ignored and forgotten BMTH video reaction.
Alligator Blood. You will not hate doing it.
Check out "See Whats on the inside" from them
If you liked this, you should listen to The Final Episode and A Prophecy!
Honestly Asking Alexandria is like Black Veil Brides for me. Two different styles, but I love their older stuff but also like their newer stuff. Definitely gotta check out both bands older stuff!
You guys have got to check out Psycho from their latest album, absolutely fantastic song.
Love Alone In A Room! A favorite of mine lately has been their song Let the Dead Take Me, which I think y’all would also find interesting, reaction or not. I don’t think this one will hit the metrics you set, but this band has changed their sound quite a bit and even their singer for an album, so they’re definitely a fun group to explore even on your own times. 😊
Also, just wanted to put it out there that if there are enough folks like me who can’t get on yt to enjoy your reactions until after work or dinner, the 8hrs from your posting time could be limiting/impact results(?). Not a judgement call as ik it’s about yt’s crazy algorithm turnaround time, and it may not even be a concern for most of your vids, but for consideration. I’ll just try to keep on top of your posts for now so I don’t miss out lol
Their older stuff was alot heavier and more like metalcore, so defo check out their older stuff!
Dark Void is incredible!
