I had to stop watching Stephen. Every video triggered me, as I have many friends in the LGBTQ community, and NONE of them are as Stephen has described. He finds the worst and most controversial people and assumes they represent all, and makes broad assumptions based on 60-second snippets of video. I was glad he was shut down, especially if he extolls the virtues of Andrew Tate. There will come a time when Stephen leaks his hate speech to his children, and Laura will be forced to take some kind of action to protect them from their father's skewed view of right and wrong. I don't think he's 100% back from his breakdown. I'll continue to hope he gets the help he still needs. Laura continues to be the rock star mom she is.

My parents divorced when I was 11 and it was devastating, but they were always amicable and that helped immensely. My mom was at the bedside of my dad with my brother, stepmom, and I when he lost his battle with cancer and to have her be there in that moment was so important.

I was thinking, "Huh? Agenda?" How come it's ok for straight people to talk about marrying, can kiss their partner in public etc, however, as soon as a LGBTQI+ person does the same things, it's a "trans agenda". Indeed. I think people wanted to hear her address some of the controversies that have swirled around Stephen and the direction he's going since the separation. The whole interaction between them was handled intelligently and with sensitivity to each other's differences, even when contentious opinions about these issues were discussed. I think they both got along really well. Everyone it seems on here feels very sorry for Laura, I don't think she wants anyone to feel sorry for her. She's a very strong, able woman and mother. Stephen has gone through the same things that Laura has, but it seems that because he's a man, nobody thinks about him in a way that they do about Laura. They have both seperated, now getting divorced, it's hard for both of them equally. I think they both handled themselves well in this podcast. I like their dynamic, they have a laugh and you can see they are still very much friends. Stephens content is actually very good if you watch it properly with a good intention to watch the content and not to judge the person who is broadcasting it. He is trying to shed a light on child trafficking which is such an important topic which should be spoken about more, but strangley isn't. You can tell how much he cares about children and their welfare. You can find him on Rumble. It's very informative and fact based content. It's not radical or controversial, it's something the entire world should be focused on, because the amount of children that go missing because of this is astronomical. Watch The sound of freedom, that is based on real life events. Our childrens futures are at fate in a way nobody understands, because the media will not talk about it, I find that very strange. I don't need to tell you that addicts usually just switch addictions. That is the feeling I get from the conservative swing. There is such a struggle to define oneself outside of the addiction and mental illness that doing a 180 in those core beliefs probably felt like a wake up call (woke in it's own way?) and something to pull him fully away from the life he was no longer finding joy in. Armchair therapist views, I get it, but I still see someone with so much pain who doesn't know how (or where) to set it down. Kudos to you both for continuing to work on yourselves. I agree. My friend's husband had a drinking problem and to his credit, he recognized it and went to AA. Got a sponsor and has been sober ever since the 80s when he stopped drinking. He did replace it with becoming a super conservative Republican.
I’m actually 9 years sober this March and I switch to be more Liberal. I was a huge conservative almost a decade again, and I don’t hate on anyone but I’m way more liberal than ever instead of conservative.

Also, my sister has been a merchant navy officer and has been doing all the hard manual work her male counterparts do. She is a tough motherfucker. But apart from that, we tend to forget that it is not about being the same! It is about being equal. Equity is the key word here. And it does not have to do with men and women but with people in general. We are all different but we all deserve equal opportunities. We are all different but powerful and skilled in ways useful to this world nonetheless.

This was quite frankly hard to watch. You can hear all the podcast Bros and manly mans come out of Stephens mouth, and almost name them by sentence. It's also quite disturbing to see how every time he says something he knows upsets Laura, he gets all giddy and exited, smiling from ear to ear. My partner is a trans woman and was when her children were very young and NEVER expected nor tried to force that on them. In fact they're both straight ADULTS.

Honestly from watching this and seeing a lot of stephens more recent videos, I get the feeling Stephen is rebelling against Laura’s values. Instead of channeling his anger about the failed marriage it’s like this manifestation of anger that is spewing out of him. He has to play nice for the kids so his anger is coming out as passive aggressive, attention seeking videos that are pissing off people that have similar belief systems to Laura as an attempt to get her attention… 🤷♀️ He has a new addiction, a very unhealthy social media. I feel like Stephen got so hurt by the divorce and that she will not come back to him that he is doing everything to be opposite of her. From views to even what they eat. This is very healthy, actually. They actively apply therapy techniques, to converse comfortably. They even speak of couples therapy in this video. This is the healthy approach for anyone involved, especially the children. Stop telling Laura what to do, as if you know her personally. They are doing what is working. Stephen is entitled to his opinions, though I disagree entirely. The issue for me is he doesn’t own them. The hypocritical and conflicting statements with random scenarios (that are used as propaganda and are in no way based on facts) speak to just how out of touch he is. I don’t know whether to assume he is vulnerable or if this was the real him all along. He says he doesn’t have a problem with someone being gay, he doesn’t want children influenced by trans people, yet is entirely ok with a father drilling his toddler about sexual orientation. I had to stop watching Stephen. Every video triggered me, as I have many friends in the LGBTQ community, and NONE of them are as Stephen has described. My parents divorced when I was 11 and it was devastating, but they were always amicable and that helped immensely. My mom was at the bedside of my dad with my brother, stepmom, and I when he lost his battle with cancer and to have her be there in that moment was so important.

I agree. My friend's husband had a drinking problem and to his credit, he recognized it and went to AA. Got a sponsor and has been sober ever since the 80s when he stopped drinking. He did replace it with becoming a super conservative Republican.

This is very healthy, actually. They actively apply therapy techniques, to converse comfortably. They even speak of couples therapy in this video. This is the healthy approach for anyone involved, especially the children.
Stop telling Laura what to do, as if you know her personally. They are doing what is working. When they disagree, it's in a healthy manner, and children absolutely NEED to see their parent's healthy disagreements.
If you hate Stephen SO much that you don't want to see him anymore, then leave? It's not up to y'all haters, what Laura does in her life. And if you truly believe that it's not good for them, you have soul searching to do, because this is how we heal properly as human beings. It feels good to be on good terms with the people you had children with. I was that child that never saw my parents have healthy disagreements, and I needed serious therapy to learn how to have healthy disagreements because in life, not everyone will agree with you. Does that mean you cut them all off? No. Stephen is still a good father, there is no reason for animosity.

But gender identity even sex education to children that are far to young is being taught in schools here in Australia and they’re mandatory classes. Stephen is entitled to his opinions, though I disagree entirely. The issue for me is he doesn’t own them. The hypocritical and conflicting statements with random scenarios (that are used as propaganda and are in no way based on facts) speak to just how out of touch he is. I don’t know whether to assume he is vulnerable or if this was the real him all along. He says he doesn’t have a problem with someone being gay, he doesn’t want children influenced by trans people, yet is entirely ok with a father drilling his toddler about sexual orientation. That’s very straight forward hypocrisy Stephen. I’m a black woman with many LGBTQIA family/friends and I care very much about humanity particularly those who have and continue to be discriminated against. He's right about the transitioning of children and young vulnerable people. It's absolutely awful what has been happening to children with histories of trauma, mental health issues, or autism. There are parents who admit they or their partner has been abusive when the child demonstrated GNC behaviour, but they bat it away like it wasn't an obvious catalyst. Everything is explained in regressive gender stereotypes. It's sexism - often with an undercurrent of homophobia. Ignoring this is failing the lgbt community.
