So chuffed for you that you are back into the football side of things. The main reason I subscribed to your channel in the first place. It amazes me the speed in which you work, swapping from different lenses, editing and sending pics to the desk within minutes and not forgetting the tips you give us all through your vlog!
I noticed midway through the video that sound from your voice was muted while the background noise could still be heard 🤔
Btw: Nice to see my 400ml f2.8 in your intro 😉
Look forward to seeing more of the same content Mark 🙏🏻👍🏻

Hi Adam. Thanks for watching the video I try and send any image that might be useful for an online story and also like you say, to lighten the load after the game. Everything is shot in JPEG as a rule, Just for speed really. Most newspapers only print in 72 DPI so JPEG works well. We don’t export images straight to the laptop, just simply take the card out and slot it in the reader as and when we need to send off images. Hope that helps👍🏻

Given the amount of work you do during the 90+ minutes between shooting, editing and sending it would be interesting to see what sort of readout you'd get from a heart monitor. I reckon you'd get a surprise. There's times I come away from a game exhausted, especially if there's loads of action and goals. It can be manic trying to keep up with it, especially if you're having to edit, caption and send images yourself throughout the game.

Great multitasking skills Mark. Also, smart usage of a fixed focal and a zoom lens. I've learned loads from your informative videos. I'm a disabled non-league photographer from Lincolnshire. I am now a Subscriber!

A month or two borrowing my one of my 1Dx's, how will I cope without it!! I just have to get by with the 4 other cameras I have and even dig out the 1d mark 3 as a last resort 🤣
