This is unhelpful. You should start using the ipa and then give equivalent pronunciations for each, that word could be said in like 20 different ways depending on the dialect of english. The ipa btw is verˈsa.t͡ʃe, wich is much more like the e in hEy rather than the æ like cAt which is how most Americans would pronounce the a in ay. (I’m american which is why I’m speaking on that dialect, other dialects could be different)
