    Nothing like yoga in nature! 🍁You do all your sequences so gracefully, and you have such a poetic and clear way of teaching! I have watched this one 3 days in a row. The standing yoga has been very helpful with getting used to using my broken toe again. We can put so much strain on our knees, necks, backs- these stretches and moves may seem simple to some, but they are necessary. You help teach mindfulness to the next level - thanks so much for the peace you bring!! 💙💙💙
