Nice meditation! Unfortunately, it got interrupted by an ad. Maybe you could look into the ad-settings to make sure this does happen as it really disturbs the flow.

Thank you for another extremely helpful video Mary! I have done this one a few times, and am surprised at how much tension I keep in my wrists- but I know my carpal tunnel lingers. The finger massage part of this scared me at first, but then I got used to it and just eased into it gently. Your teaching is so calming and I appreciate all you do! <3

@johnmcnamara8741 I totally understand. This class is packed with poses. I also have an HPF for Beginners class where I break down the poses into more attainable steps. Either way, it’s a fun format and you can always skip any pose that doesn’t feel right in your body. Thank you for having an open mind regardless. 🙌🏼
Such a fun flow! Swore I commented before! This one helps me open up creativity and awake my inner child - so I can throw myself into the day! Inner child always needs healing, acceptance, more playfulness, and forgiveness. Awesome set to help ‘let go.’ Star pose into horse and then warrior standing poses is awesome! I have to be careful with my knees now, but a nice thing to remember is child’s pose, cobra into down dog if I get stuck (or the all powerful and uplifting star pose)! ‘You are still your beautiful self without being flexible.’ Such an important reminder! Flexibility is unique to each person, and with your videos daily can absolutely increase flexibility too! Thank you for spreading such love💜Tofu and peanut are so cute between naps here!

A balance of both is the goal. Each person has a different anatomical structure and therefore yoga poses are expressed differently. Splendid flow all around, and really helps release tension! I was surprised how fast this one went, and I’ve gone back to it a few times. We all need a little more self compassion to start our days - so we spread more good vibes. It’s no fun holding all that tension. So I have to say the happy baby pose going into supine twist is exceptionally good. Not only did it feel amazing, but was like a massage for sore back muscles too (even for girl time cramps).
