Great review. Very thorough. THANKS!
The Litra one is a real tank compare to the joby. But that Godox is interesting!
Can the Godox also be controlled by a phone app? Also does it have the mesh light control ability that the Aperture app has? If yes, then Godox is definitely my next buy. Atleast a couple of them.
I always spend money after your videos like this, thank you for keeping it under $100
Ha! I hear you. :) Thanks for watching!
I have the MC and I've seen that it's brightness wasn't as much as I thought it was going to be. I was hoping it would replace the LED I usually bring. I do use if for personal stuff where it's pretty close up and I run it at 10-20% brightness and it's plenty for that.
The Godox has the AK-R1 kit as well. This has barn doors, snoot and honeycomb grid as well as other goodies.
Yeah it is a nice optional stuff for sure. The barn doors are especially cool. Wish it came with the light though. :)
Do you have any light recommendations to light a subject 8 ft or so away?? (or maybe I just need a better lens so I can be closer?)
This LED light is great and has a soft panel built in and can run in batteries or A/C… th-cam.com/video/5bAb26rFDN0/w-d-xo.html
Thank you!
i like the neewer 660 rgb
I love the Aputure MC but I bought the Falcon Eye F7 RGB light instead as the MC didn't put out as much light. Such a shame because otherwise it's great. Love these thorough reviews and comparisons.
Thats because its design for filmmaking and not every day video
I know it's petty but I just don't like the design of the F7 at all; feels reminiscent of a 90s rolllerblade or super soaker design philosophy, bulked up with plastic to look tough but not actually any sturdier for that bulk. Then the other part of me is like "but that price though..."
Happy with my two lume cubes for now anyway, so not sure why I'm even watching this video, but it was interesting and informative, thank you
Ha, nice, thanks for watching!
