Thanks, Julie! That’s exactly what I’m trying to do with my recipes. Less long yammering stories and talking head host content and more to the point details! Let me know what you think if you get around to trying out the eggs. They’re great!
Love pickled eggs from the store-bought ones. when I do them there are plain, do you poke the eggs with a toothpick or anything? I find that I have to drink the mix with the egg to get the real flavor.
I’ve heard of the egg poking method but haven’t tried it myself. I typically just avoid the eggs for 2+ weeks in the fridge and once I break into them they’ve had enough time soaking up the brine by then. You’re welcome to try the poking method and please report back!
I shot a few on opening weekend for South zone, but not enough to tinker with recipes and videos unfortunately. They went into our collective pile to make poppers. There's a great whole fried dove recipe I've been itching to try so if I find myself on another hunt before the season ends, I promise to make the video for you! There should be a new hot sauce video coming out next. Filming it some time in the next few days. Thanks for asking!

Go for it and report back!
Can apple cider vinegar work?
Great question, and yes, that should work just as well as white vinegar. Thanks for watching and let me know how it turns out!
