@@Gent.Z To each his own lol, but I think having an organised life (wardrobe & house) defeats stress. My jumpers along with t-shirts are folded & stored vertically. Men are slaves to consumerism but never get taught how to organise their lives & you showing these tips on your videos is far more beneficial than other men channels.

keep a place in your freezer for food waste, and freeze it until collection day. When it freezes, it hugely inhibits growth of bacteria and fungi and reduces evaporation and odours emanating from it, plus it is in an enclosed space not spreading odour around the room.
Love your vids, saw some discussion on another gents site regarding underarm deodorant. Seems your particular choice of deodorant shows how hip or out of date you are. Using what your dad used "Old Spice" and for me in my youth, "Brute" ages you in the eyes of women. I looked up the most popular selling brands and found Rexona for men to be a top selling brand. Can you recommend a brand that can be used on a day to day basis? I live in Australia in a worm climate zone.
Also, don’t assume all women like cologne. My wife can’t stand the stuff. I use a subtle Jack Black body spray with a nice, clean scent that I enjoy and that the wifey approves of
I eat alot of takeaway food. So i smell like fish & chips. I also drink copious amounts of beer. I smell like a brewery too. I dont change my underwear for weeks , and im a chain smoker. So you can imagine the mix of body odour.
