I can say this is true! I use to have a bad speech impediment and stuttered a lot. I did hypnosis for 3-4 months straight. It slowly worked until it became permanent. This was back in 2002, it’s basically 90% better.
You are you own worst enemy 90% of the time. You have to get your own brain on your side, working FOR you instead of filling you with negative thoughts, and this is what hypnotherapy does for you.

It took some time but I am now putting together some of the pieces to the puzzle. So in terms of that I would say a success. However I may need to continue my efforts, I am still nervous about all that I have on my plate and the goals that I have. But the. Again I am continually moving forward because I know it’s the only way.

I love hypnosis! It's a wonderful thing and it hits the subconscious mind / brain the way nothing else or anything else can! Most people just don't realize. How big of a roll the subconscious mind / brain is in your life. We have these programs that we've had since we were children and that's not even including all the programming that the government does on the tv...... they don't want you to know about that but they even call it a TV program and there's more to it than just the show.
