- Today in our village we harvest farm fresh Sweet Potatoes to cook and making Kuzhi Paniyaram recipe with Sweet Potatoes.
In this video, We harvest Sweet Potatoes in the early morning from the field and then we make the process to cook. In Tamil Nadu, we call Sweet Potatoes as Sakkaravalli Kilangu and It's very tasty and Healthiest too.
Normally we cook Kuzhi Paniyaram recipe wit rice flour but we use Seeni Kilangu for paniyaram.
Sweet Potato is the healthiest recipe in our village. In our childhood, we eat as evening snacks. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

세상에...그 많은 고구마를 하나 하나 다 껍질 벗기고 채썰어서 반죽하고 하나 하나 돌려가며 구워 익히고... 존경스럽습니다. 저 같은 보통 사람은 자기 자식에게도 매번 이런 정성을 들여서 음식을 준비해주긴 어려운데, 웃으면서 이웃에게 봉사하는 모습이 늘 멋있습니다. 게다가 우리가 보는건 하루 한끼 식사일 뿐인데, 이 수고를 하루에도 여러번 하시겠죠. 신이 따로 존재하는게 아니라 이런 분들이 신의 일을 하고 계신거라고 생각합니다.

This video inspired me to make sakaravalli killangu paniyaram.
It came out excellent. First time trying this recipe using sweet potatoes and the taste was superb.
Added kevlar flour or Ragi/ millet flour to this recipe and the taste was absolutely fantastic 👌.
I served this paniyaram for my kids as an evening snack and my kids enjoyed them very much. Craving for more. made for Bangladesh.
