We clean it remove the seed and cut into slices before cooking. It is the most delicious and healthy food in the world. Though jackfruits are ubiquitous here most malayalis don't cook because it is a hard and time consuming activity. Millions of jackfruits get spoiled here. It contains lot of fibre and can fight diabetese.
