    I was a daily runner but started developing knee pain and had to stop running for 3 months to heal my knee but the pain always came back even when I just jog a little in normal shoes but since the day i started using barefoot shoes all the pain in my knee has stopped and it feels so much better when running. Yes it was hard on my calf muscles but they adapted after some time. Best money I have ever spent.

      Barefoot movement helps your feet to move naturally and which improves our posture & form. Barefoot shoes are a good option when we are out where we can't be barefoot

    Bro nice review!!!
    I also have the black bolts ones which i bought bcz of ur recommendation 3 months, initially i was very nervous about them when they came as it felt like they will torn off if used aggressively, but i was wrong, they r really durable too!
    Yeah about size the info in ur review is accurate too. I bought 9 uk which was very snug fit for me , 9.5 would have been perfect for me! But still they are good!
    About the price they were the most expensive shoe purchase in my life. Got them after a lot of request to my parents!
    Hope the market in india of barefoot shoes expands and the price comes down a bit!
    Thanks for the recommendation!

      Yes they do bend but to the inside as the upper fabric is light & stretchable. I also found it odd at first but as far as I am not wearing them like slip-ons , i think they will be fine. Only time will tell 👍

      I've been using barefoot shoes in my college for the past 2 months as a everyday shoe + workout and running.So I would say yeah you can use these, now people will definitely give you looks and your friends will probably make fun of you but it's worth it 😁. Also those 7 shoe holes are kind of counterintuitive since all the water goes into your shoes on a wet floor though I don't mind it much since I never wear socks anyway.

    It's undoing the development in shoes industry. If human foot was so enough , why did we invent puffy soles. Barfoot running is shit as u get so many pebbles, uneven surfaces etc in India. I would always run with good joggers on.

    • @SubodhRawat
      @SubodhRawat  ปีที่แล้ว

      You will get the answer once you try running and working out barefoot. More foot engagement, you can spread your toes and thin sole or no sole makes muscles of your feet stronger. In the beginning it sure can be slightly uncomfortable but once you get the hang of it, there will be no going back.
