This is awesome. I took Randy’s advice and went on my first Pronghorn hunt in NM September 28-29 2024 and harvested a nice buck. Great time spent afield.
Randy, I always enjoy watching your videos. The ones with Mathew in them are some of my favorites, he’s so particular about each hunt and we get good laughs out of them. When my son grows up I hope to spend days like you two do in the field and enjoy each other’s company!
This edit was pretty good and I enjoyed the first edit. If David did the music, that song with the lyric was your best ever. Nailed it. There was a lot of great music in this edit for sure. I watch most vids and always watch to see who edits. David is the best.
Thanks for this Randy, I bought a point last year, I was thinking about buying another one this year, but too be honest looking at the die off and draw success I think I might have to accept I should of done it years ago. Great film though, father/son hunt was fun. Superb shot.
Just finished my antelope hunt. Hunted 2 days and saw one buck. The buck I saw had 9 does and he spent alot of time chasing a doe and herding her back. Too far to tell if it was same doe, (cheap binos). Interesting to watch all the other does just watch the one run away like there goes Betsy again. Ok Betsy's back Ofina your turn. Poor guy was getting run ragged. He got to close the second day and is in my freezer. I love antelope hunting.
Randy is a down to earth guy, Matthew comes across as a cocky prick, someone who has never hunted in a unit where a little forkie buck is the biggest thing you see all season.
You're being a massive, jealous prick right now dude. "Oh, the Internet stranger who waited years to draw a tag is picky? Fuck that guy!" I hope your shitty day gets better
Matthew hunts like he's spent hundreds of days in the field in his life. I fish like that because my dad took me fishing hundreds of times during his life.
They're not re-uploads. They are new versions, different versions, of the same hunt. This is the Fresh Tracks version of this hunt. Half the audience wants the Day-By-Day versions that are put out right after the hunt, without any editing or storyline. The other half likes the polished version with story lines and editing, which is what this version is. Rather than make people choose one or the other, we produce both when the hunt and story supports a more polished version.
I feel your pain, Randy. Every time I see that Matthew is hunting, I know that he is going to pass on 20 animals that are bigger than most hunters see in their lifetime.
His patience was learned from his mother, not his father. Yet, when folks see the bull elk he shot last week on the last evening we had to hunt, they will likely see some virtue in his extreme level of patience.
This was 2022, the month before the big die off that caused tags to be cut dramatically. And, having 10 points helps in a preference point state like Wyoming.
@@Fresh_Tracks We hunted Wyoming with great success 10 years ago on public land and were looking into applying next year until we read about the die off... very disappointed. We will have to find another state, what do you suggest, Nevada?
We had it aged with the lower teeth. It was 7 years old; ancient for a pronghorn. Given the harsh winter that followed, he would have had a tough time getting through that winter.

Thanks for the trip! Awesome hunt and Antelope.
I struck out on my “100% draw odds” antelope tag this year 😢 living vicariously.
Yeah I noticed that a lot of regular tags went up because a lot of people stopped trying to draw in the special.
Great Hunt
Outstanding upgrade on the Music 👍
Keep bringing the hunts Randy
Hammer Down
Good times. Great memories too. Thanks again for the great work video
Could you imagine Matthew on a guided hunt😂 as the guide id be like come on dude!

Yah thank goodness for randy. What would we do without him.

We are lucky to have David. He’s an amazing editor.
Great hunt fellas 👍
Great buck and good times. I can't wait until I draw my next antelope tag.
Amazing video guys.
Ultimate goat goal! Dropped him in a two track! 😂

Congratulations
Sore eyes from Wyoming Pronghorn is a real struggle 😉 My eyebrows usually get sore from pressing the bino’s against them.
I live in lander if you ever shoot an antelope, Deer, or Elk around the wind river range I’d be more than happy to come help pack it out for ya
That where this was, Lander?

Tbanks
Up until the end I thought that picture of Matthew shooting a buck was photoshopped
Lots of reuploads recently, why?
Clickbait

No wind???
Man, how did you draw an antelope tag this year? Everyone I know got skunked on 100% odds tags.

Mathew kills me lol. You can't eat horns 😅
Diet creates mass
He should start his hunt half way through the hunt so he doesn’t have to show such impressive restraint
Seems like the are grocery hunting rather than true hunting.
All my hunts are grocery hunts. Your point?
So, how many teeth did it have left

@@Fresh_Tracks good deal and thank you
