    PRODUCTS MENTIONED:
Olaplex No. 9 Nourishing Hair Serum: rstyle.me/+LBa3RGODvtzktiIQC7...
UPDATE!: Even with applying less of the product, my waves still straightened out a little more than usual the next day, and my day 3 roots were a little greasier than normal. 😔 But boy oh boy, could I comb my hair out with my fingers in the morning, and my ends looked amazing! 🙌💖

You are definitely the olaplex gal!! That’s how I found your channel. I loved your honest reviews right off the back. In a previous video you mentioned olaplex no 0 not really doing much to boost olaplex no 3 and I was so relieved because that’s exactly how I had been feeling and it’s being hyped so much but I felt I was doing something wrong. I was on the fence about the new olaplex no 9 and I’m so glad your reviewed it. I have issues with curls holding so it’s been very informative. Thanks so much for the review!! Any tips on holding curls?? I’ve very long hair and I struggle in that area.

AHHH! I love this, you're the best! ❤️ I could see No 0 maaaaybe working for people if you used like 1/3 of the bottle at a time, but then is it really worth it lol?
Oh man, I just thought of so many tips for holding curls, it could be a whole video!

I never used hair serums before, I was always a leave in conditioner and hair oil kind of person but this product seems pretty good. I have short straight hair so it never tangles as such, but strength, heat protection and condition are my main priorities.

I just love this serum, it is amazing... I have damaged hair, because of my highlights, and a not too professional hairstylist :/
My first olaplex was the nr. 5, than nr. 6, 8, and the last was the nr. 9.
This serum makes my hair so silky, yet adds body and i am just obsessed with the result..... 😍😍😍😍💞💓
Btw wet hair is sooo fragile (or what, i dunno, i never learned english, it is just the many songtexts, and movies with subtitle, i am hungarian :D ) i do not recommend to brush it, when it's wet. 😘

My hair is way over bleached. I love the style memory but it makes my hair feel dry. I may be using to much ( have short hair, using 2 big pumps). I am going to try less no. 9 and a little oil and smoothing creme also and see if that helps.

Hi. Would you recommend no 6 or no 9? I’m just about to get my extensions out and I have very fine hair which I often curl so I don’t like the sound of them falling out?

  • @consciouscrypto3090

Thanks for this video. I bought this recently but haven't tried it yet. Will prioritize it over a few other things I also bought for heat protection. I think you misinterpreted their 'curl bounce back' claim. At least, the way I read it is that if you have damaged curly hair, it will bring back your curls. Basically it strengthens you hair and makes it healthier. So if you're naturally straight, you come out silky straight. If you're naturally curly, you have bouncy curls.

  • @Rimallipdi9445

What would you recommend that’s a great heat protectant and can also hold the curls with a nice ingredient list without alcohol? Thanks much!!

I think the curls started dropping just because it feels so moisturized with this. I have to use mousse to keep any curl whatsoever

    • @GlamByKam

I think you're on to something! This really did make my hair feel softer and more moisturized than pretty much any other styling product has.

So what is the difference btwn No. 6 and No. 9? Please 😊

    • @GlamByKam
      @GlamByKam  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

I see No 6 as more of a leave in conditioner, and No 9 as a heat protectant serum. You can use them together (with No 9 first) if your hair needs a lot of moisture and conditioning.

You're a genius! I'm looking into it, and apparently it's water insoluble, but shampoo should wash it right out. I felt the need to go in with a clarifying shampoo after using this a couple times.
