1 tbs oil
1/2 tbs salt
1/2 tbs black pepper
1/2 tbs chilli flakes
1 onion
1 tbs garlic
Spinach fresh or frozen
100ml full fat cream
Sesame seeds
Black seeds
Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes
