The 8 inch screen with navigation is going for about 1k on eBay. I have the same problem with mine. 4 inch screen looks ugly and can’t see shit when backing up.
I know how to do all that I've been driving manual all my life, my car is manual, its not good for the clutch especially on a brand new car that belongs to the dealership also the car was on LC mode that's why it does that. It prevents the tires from spinning.

Hesitate third gear and it will shift better and you will get better time in the 1/4 mile. That transmission has some deflection
Ima try that on my ‘19 5.0, Everytime I try to shift fast into third it feels like it doesn’t wanna go in.
I go neutral to third smoothly then side step that clutch on the way up
