So you’ve slowed down building in Antalya because of the obvious slow down and massive interest rates and are now looking at purchasing land and building in Northern Cyprus… I was looking at purchasing in Northern Cyprus over a year ago but it’s still very underdeveloped. There are better places than this to purchase property. There’s one thing to build a nice house, but northern Cyprus is in a poor state compared to southern which is European and very built up
Yes ofcourse, South Cyprus is very built up however the prices reflect that. From an investment point, if you are looking to get in a bit earlier on the action, you want to invest in more developing areas, not developed ones.
