I've often thought why I, too, prefer Jessie's videos to the many other YT gardeners I watch. Second, she takes the time to set up shots and actually show us what she's doing, rather than just walking around her plot and telling us about what she's doing. (That's great during a plot tour, but otherwise I want to see the action!) Third, she has a lovely organized plot that somehow still looks natural. Then, of course, there's Lily... ❤🐈 I'm happy to be one of Plot 37's Monday clubbers!
I had so much success with the broad beans that I learned about on your channel, that I have decided to order seeds for Scarlet Runner Beans. I love that in our “Normally” mild winters on the North Coast of California, that they will sprout from tubers the next spring. My Perpetual Spinach has survived our summer, and is starting to thrive again in the milder temperatures. Again another star in the garden I learned on your channel. Hope to keep learning new ideas watching you. Thank you.

Hey Jessie's, we had a nightmare with our tomatoes, we started our late (June) and didn't start fruiting un until September they all now have blight 😭. After watching this video I've ordered a few of these varieties - Alices Dream - can't wait to try that.

Plots looking great! Gate is Snaz az 😉 It is a Propa gate indeed (noice one) Be careful in the heat gurl. Here in Montreal, where temperatures go from - 30 with the wind in Winter to + 40 with humidity in Summer, I've developed a "High Heat Protocol". Sometimes its called Just Stay Indoors with AC You Idiot 🤪 BUT, when the garden needs me, I run in and out, cooling off, staying in the shade when possible and yes, hydrating 😅 "Enjoy" the heat!

I am afraid to say I couldn’t go out in the heat so only went first thing in morning to plot to harvest toms so as to make sauce. That’s all I have done for nearly 2 weeks now. It was too hot in house aswell even with a fan

Loving the new gate and adjacent fences! May I just suggest one thing - that you raise the height of the fence next to the fig to keep thieving hands off the very precious fruit in the season? I love them so much, I guard mine jealously and I strongly suggest you do the same - for the sake of a few more fence boards! 😘

Quite possibly! I don't normally keep them in the shed, its only when i've ended up leaving them after sowing but i don't store them in perfect conditions even at home!

My favorite tomatoe is Esmeralda golosina. Green yellowish middle size with so much flawor 😊 Really warm weather up here in Sweden also, but it looks like autumn is ready to take over now..

Is there any chance it could be clay brought up by the worms .I'm only asking because when I was in school ..long long time ago ..we did a project where filled a jar just a third full with well sifted soil .topped it up almost full with water and a few drips of washing up liquid .fastened the lid and gave it a good shake .after it stood for a couple of days the sand sunk to the bottom then there was a layer of silt and finally on top was the clay ...I think it would be good if it was fine clay full of nutrients.
Let me know what kind of trail cam you decide on. I will need a battery powered or solar powered myself. My eggplant has suffered by something but not sure what it is!
