Waiting for more videos with your bOS integration. I've a Jigsaw integration on my home and would be an opportunity to compare with other integration of ComfortClick.

Out of all the visualization servers you've tried, which one would you recommend for office use? I'm looking for something that has great flexibility, modern UI and is ideally tailored for office use rather than home use. I was thinking maybe Gira.

Nice, however I would go with some more open standards/code etc. which can support more things in the future and locally. Home Assistance + Matter maybe!

Can guests have control of their room via their own smartphone during their stay? Something like BYOD?

Hi! It depends on your needs... The devices are not the same to compare! 1Home supports Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Sonos KNX Integration. The integrations with other Smart Home devices are depend on the compatibility list of Apple, Amazon and Google. For example Philips Hue are supported by Apple, Amazon, Google so it can be easily integrated with KNX.
On the other hand ComfortClick supports Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Modbus, Bacnet, LG, Sonos, Hue, Denon, Satel, Paradox, IP cameras and more.
So if you want to use Apple HomeKit you should buy 1Home Bridge but if you need a building visualisation you should buy ComfortClick.

Any service that requires cloud access is a no no to me as if your network is up but the outside internet is down you are screwed.

Cloud Access is only for remote access. For example if you are outside of your house and you need to control it you will need remote access. Then your choices are 1) Port Forwarding which in my opinion is not safe and 2) Cloud Access. Now in the case that you don't have internet, you can still have access locally through your home network and the only thing that will not work it will be the remote access!

This software feels like from the 90s :( KNX software needs to get better.

In my opinion the most important thing is the functionality. Besides, bOS configurator gives you the ability to create custom graphics, buttons, icons etc
