there used to be like 10+ Halo maps to play on last year. all the classics from CE, 2,3…blood gulch, valhalla, narrows, and a whole lot more. one day, all gone without a whisper, without a trace
Yeah its a huge bummer. I have seen a couple modders adding some of them back, like Epitaph, Narrows, and Gaurdian from H3, but the classics like Blood Gulch and Sidewinder are still missing. Hopefully one day!

Contractors mod support is fantastic and this is a great overview - the one I'm hooked on is one of the top downloaded ones not mentioned here: PMC loadout mod. Basically trying to bring Tarkov weapons and feel to Contractors and it's great so far.
Amazing video that definitely deserves more recognition, ended up getting a quest 2 this past weekend and I had no idea about this game and it’s mod menu which is something that would convince a lot of people to get into VR, this video is a perfect introduction and has shown me so much that I didn’t realise was possible so thank you man
There's a really well done battlefield 4 loadout with throwable med packs and ammo, Motion sensors, Spawn beacon Rpg Underbarrel grenade launcher Also has a battlefield like spawn system where you can choose who to spawn on and a spotting enemy feature

Anyways, I found this video not only informative in its entirety than most contractors VR content out there but also one of the best VR content videos I've seen personally and objectively. I was shocked when I saw your sub count and the view count on this video, I hope those both skyrocket ASAP. But my favorite thing about the video is that I found myself almost daydreaming back to the days of playing and enjoying these games in a way that I haven't in a while. I felt a sense of "this is what gaming is about" yknow...sharing cool shit thats out there and spreading the opportunity of a great time to others and I thank you for giving me back a sense of what I seem to have forgotten. Although I've played all these mods a bit myself before I ever came across this video I still kept watching because the way you did the video was not only entertaining and interesting but structured very well, so kudos on that. The only gripe I thought about with the video was with the way the gameplay was recorded in most sections and with it being one eye dominant and shaky so it doesnt show a better impression of how the gameplay usually is to someone who doesn't know but thats nitpicking at that point. That's about it. I rarely comment on videos and if I do it's not much more than a quick sentence so your video got my fingers going. 😅 Side note: From time to time I'm the guy in the discord chat, twitch stream, or whatever going on about how fucking rad VR has gotten and is becoming and not just for shooters. But since most of the people I know and associate with are primarily shooter game gamers if I were to show them anything VR related to garner their full attention and not just get the "haha I bet its cool bro" and in one ear out the other response I would show them something intriguing from the VR shooter aspect of the VR world. But most of the time the things I'd show them would just leave them with more questions, confusion & skepticism than they had beforehand and not really a positive lasting impression that might motivate them to look into it more by themselves that I was hoping for since they're always the dudes saying "there aint nothing new to get into these days with gaming man" or just someone who's stuck in the loop of the AAA game hell still. It sucks that to most people VR and everything within it is still primarily an "overpriced gimmicky fad" but hopefully I can change some minds of that thanks to this video. Time to share the hell out of it! 💪

Team Fortress was originally a mod for doom(or quake maybe). Wish I would have been able to play some of that but I was too young and missed that but played the hell out of TFC with my dad.
As this gets more popular, it will eventually attract the eye of Sauron (aka Disney) and the Mouse had NEVER showed mercy in it's almost 100 year history of copyright capitalism.

It upsets me that i can't get mods to work. They worked the first couple times i played the game (even if each mod took forever to download) but they uninstalled themselves everytime i shut the game off. One day i came back to the game all of the mods were uninstalled again but now mods refuse to download and when they do it take multiple minutes just to get to 1% and then it tells me an error occurred. It really sucks because tf2 in vr war really fun
To be honest I downloaded contractors to play cod waw in vr both in zombies and mp, some of the weapons for the cod world at war loadout mod do have some issues such as the bayonets have no collision with the environment, the bullet count doesn't match up on the m1 garand and the bolt action rifles, no stripper clips to load the 5 rounds into the bolt guns, the flamethrower doesn't work, besides that it's good, but if any modders for the cod waw zombies map are in here could you fix these issues please, as well as making a Der riese, and shivering no Numa map with waw guns in it for contractors please
Still does to this day! Plus the mods are available via an ingame Mod tab. So I'd highly recommend this game if you're looking to get a complete multiplayer experience on your Quest 3.
Can we please talk about how we can protect these mods from if/when Mickey Mouse comes for his cheese. We need to decentralize these mods as soon as possible from ContractorsVR because that company will be bullied into removing the Starwars stuff. Maybe that's what already happened with the Bungie maps.
Unlikely to happen, these mods while accessable from the game have nothing to do with the company responsible for making the game, they are created by individual groups of people for fun, nighter Caveman nor the developers of the mods make a single cent off the mods, thus the mods should be protected under fair use laws
are mods pcvr only because me(15) and my older brother(20) love halo and i saw a halo mod but he doesnt want to get one but he likes to use mine sometimes and i really want him to experience halo from vr
No Counter-Strike loadout mod that I'm aware of, but plenty of CS maps to play on. I think playing the mod I recently talked about on the channel with CS maps, playing the bomb defuse game type, would closely emulate it.

As a newer VR gamer who just got a quest 3 I’m looking for good multiplayer games. Does this game still have a solid active player base?

How do you access the mod menu on contractors? On mine it says Comingsoon... on my pico 4.
I'm not entirely sure when it comes to Pico support. They may not have added mod support yet
