- We continue our mission to ride from the north of Portugal to the southern coast mainly off-road on our trusty Honda CRF300 bikes
The scenery changes and the weather at last starts to warm up. An epic days riding - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

A long day. What a fantastic place Portugal is to ride trails.
We definitely agree! It’s an awesome place
Well done! So hard to keep going when you’re feeling ill. 👏 Bravo
Thank you. In the end we just had to laugh at the number of “stops” we were making 😆
Simply beautiful. And remote, nobody on the tracks except you. Gotta ride there. Happy days, Günter/Nürnberg
A wonderful place for off-road riding 😊
Lovely to meet you both at ABR, another great episode. Keep them coming, Kimberly x
Thanks Kimberly, it was really lovely to meet you 😊
What a lovely private episode with almost private tracks and lots of private breaks.
Hope both of you got better soon.
It all gets better from here, it was an interesting day with a lot of private breaks 😂
Just popping in to say HI to our ABR 2024 neighbours and to give you a sub! Was lovely meeting you and now following your adventures. Keep riding and smiling guys! - Diana
How fantastic to hear from you guys! You were lovely neighbours 😃
I just tried to get to your channel to follow but currently in the middle of the Swedish Trans Euro trail and the signal is, shall we say, temperamental! It’ll let me message or comment respond every so often but nothing more 😂
As soon as I get to signal I’ll subscribe to your channel and see what you guys are up to
Ride safe

As the day carried on we started to laugh about all of the “sudden stops” 😆
Cheers
Bumped into you Simon at the ABR and was saying how great your Portuguese trip had been. Another great vid and thanks for sharing Best wishes to you both 👍
It was great to say hi at the festival! Thanks for the lovely comments 😊
Wow what a route. Although bits of that look steep on camera.
What a bummer you were both so ill. 🙄
Lovely to meet you both at the abr. Tony, Julie and Suzy (the greyhound)
It was great to meet you. We both fell in love with Suzy!
@@wanderinghonda7963 yeah she’s a real sweetheart… unless you’re a cat - then not so much 😂
😂
Hello lovely adventures, The scenery and trails look fabulous, were there many other riders doing the ACT? You both did well considering how your tummies were. Thanks for another great video, safe riding.
Thanks for letting us know you are enjoying the videos. We really appreciate the comment
We’re trying to remember if we saw another rider on the trails all the time we were riding the ACT and nothing springs to mind. They are deserted!
Great to meet you both at ABR I feel your pain ha ha hopefully see you on the trails soon . Cheddar
Hi Cheddar, thanks for saying hi! It was great to chat to you at the ABR 😊
Ride safe
Hi both, quick question if you don't mind - what tablets and holders are you using? I've just finished a crf300 build and now researching whats best for navigating. Thanks
No worries. Check out the channel and there’s a video that gives the full details. I think it’s called crf300 adventure travel set-up and we’ve gone into detail on what we use
The short answer though is a Samsung active tab 3 😊
@@wanderinghonda7963will do - thank you
Hello. Realistically how many days from leaving the UK do you need to complete the Portugal act? To returning all in?
That’s a really tricky one to answer. It’s so dependent on your bike and how long you are comfortable to ride and if your happy to transit on motorways etc
We’ll try and give a rough idea
Ferry is two days each way
If you’re a glutton for punishment and ride long days you could get to the start in a long day on motorways etc
Again long long days the ACT could be done in five days
Two long days back to the ferry from the south of Portugal
So 12 days including ferries but that would be brutal and not something we’d enjoy but I guess we’re all different. Hopefully that is slightly helpful.
Yes very thanks. We are definitely not into brutal days. Struggle to ride past a nice looking cafe. We didnt finish the Pyrenees act in two weeks as to many lovely tet tracks to ride tempted us along the way. Thank you for your reply. I hope your enjoying your latest adventure. Cheers. @wanderinghonda7963
no worries. cheers 😊
