Thanks so much Lauren! I love your framed finishes!! Your WIPs are beautiful and it is fun to see your progress! I am so happy that you are making videos and think that you should do whatever is less stressful for you. Thanks as always and happy stitching!

So good to see/listen to you again. Love that someone as young as you is so enthusiastic about stitching. What you like is what I like too. As far as how often you do these video, do what works best for you.

Good morning!! I enjoy your flosstubes! I
You have been a very busy girl!! I enjoy seeing what you been working !! There are soo many wonderful patterns out there now! It's always something new that has come out that is very tempting!! Thanks for the info on the silks that are now available for Sally Spencer!! I'm checking it out today!! I loved Sally at first sight!! My preference for watching flosstube episodes is every two weeks rather than once a month! When it becomes once a month ,I've seen some that are over two hours!! Enjoy your day!! Thank you again for doing flosstube!! Happy Stitching!! :) ❤❤

We are all our worst critics! I thought everything flowed very smoothly and wish I sounded as calm and organized as you! I love your stitching choices and thought your framing turned out well. Appreciate the Flosstube recommendations and will check these ladies out. Also appreciate the book and podcast recommendations. See you again soon! Roberta

I'm someone who never found a way to get any sort of regular stitching time in when my kids were little. Now that they're grown, I'm making up for lost time! 😂. I love the floss colors on My Home in the Garden, and your Consider the Lilies looks fabulous! I always enjoy seeing your lovely stitching!

You sure got a lot of stitching done for being so busy in March! and you’re right, not much stitching gets done when raising children. You are a very good sister. Your 2 finished and framed pieces are so lovely! I am impressed. Love seeing Thirza. I am going across the top on mine but probably have a similar amount stitched. I am considering us sal-ing 😉 Your Liz Mathews garden piece is gorgeous, makes me want to stitch it. I completely agree with you on Station 11, read the book, loved it, and loved the HBO mini series. The changes were all enjoyable. And, I did not read Daisy Jones but am eager to start watching the mini series. Thanks for sharing everything, so nice to catch up with you. xx

Thank you so much for the shoutout! I loved your Flosstube. Your Pink Sparrow sampler is beautiful and I think the framing looks great. I'll have to check out your framing company recommendation. I would love to see mini episodes from you but I know it can get hard to find the time every two weeks to do an episode. March was a crazy month for me as well and I felt like it was twice as long as February. I'm so happy to have it over with and to be in a new month- hopefully spring weather is right around the corner! The view out your window gorgeous. I don't get to see views like that here!

My Early Days is a WIP for me also. I totally get you feeling a little stressed over your stitching. I'm with 3 SALs right now but the WIP I'm working on works for all 3. Maybe writing down what and when you'll stitch a certain piece will help with what you're feeling. There's just so many pretty things to stitch🤣Anyway, happy stitching!

Your framed pieces look amazing! 👏 I also enjoyed the spring pattern flip through. I’m working on the Shift Cowl right now too! And I added the Pressed Flowers shawl to my Ravelry queue a few days ago strangely enough 😅
    Beautiful stitching as always!

Pink Sparrow is beautiful. Your framing is good too. Wow and Winter Rose too. So great that you already have them up in your home. The salt boxes are so cool but that white border is what makes them look like old Polaroid pictures so seperating them will look more like a photo album. Not sure I would bother with so much white stitching if you want them snugged up together. (may be a plus).
I laughed at your project bag that you said was the wild west. That is where I live in far West Texas with the cacti and tumbleweeds. The connection is that I grew up in Rochester New Hampshire, so I hope for a glimpse of things from that area while watching your flosstube.
I will be back there in October for the Stitch New England retreat. A first in many decades.
Thought I would share a little as I get to know you on flosstube.

I’ve knitted a lot of shawls and Pressed Flowers is my favorite. I used the Fibre Company Luma. I’m currently knitting the Pressed Flowers cardigan in Magpie Fibers and Little Skein in the big wool. I plan on making the matching hat and another shawl. It’s such a fun pattern.

Great video. You’re stitching is so lovely. Beautiful finish on Winter Rose Manor, I had been stitching it and need to get back to it. And Consider the Lilies is coming along so great. After the Roses by Ink Circles is so cool, it’s on my wishlist. I have a Flosstube if you’re still looking for others to watch (Katie the Novel Stitcher), I also chat about books. I’m only about a little over a year into stitching and so glad for the stitching community.

Hi, I love your calming voice . Do whatever feels comfortable to you. I will watch whatever you put out! You stitch so beautifully and I can’t wait to see your wips when you complete them. I haven’t made much progress on winter rose manor- I’ve been working on other pieces- needlepoint, quilting, machine embroidery and cross stitch.😝🤣 I just bought all the floss and chart pink sparrow- all floss except the grape arbor and pumpkin patch. I have not decided which fabric I will choose 36 or 40 ct. I’m thinking about it. ( old eyes) 🥹 I currently have three projects on 40 ct. Rejoice evermore, by Brenda gervais, - I’ve only stitched some of the border, let love reign by Teresa Kogut- I’m starting this on the 11 of the month because my anniversary is on sept. 11 (46 years) and I’ll work on it on the 11 th of every month. Maybe I’ll finish it for our 50th wedding anniversary🥰 and then I’m stitching a small Bedlia Bunny by The Artsy Housewife- almost finished with that small. I have a question for you- I know you swapped out the purple but how about the burnt orange. Burnt orange looks really bright for the pink sparrow? ? Did you use burnt orange? I know you stitched on 40 ct. what is your frame measurement? Thank you, Tami Morgan

Hi Lauren! Lovely stitching! Consider the Lilies is stunning! Not sure about the Saltbox project! I think I would probably do each border separately versus one cohesive border, but still not 100% sure! You will love working with the silks! Vicki does an amazing job with her colors! Looking forward to seeing all your progress on so many beauties! Thanks for sharing! Enjoy your videos so much! Love the knitting! You are doing great! Fixing mistakes is definitely challenging! Will check out Ologies! Looks great! Stitching The High Notes is a good FT, but mainly she is a knitter! She has regular shop updates of her project bags for knitting and xstitch! Inga at Knitting Traditions is an amazing knitter and also Free Your Sheep and Fiber Tales! Enjoy!

Thank you for video. You think you are scattered, but actually you come across as very confident. Very polished. Your WIPS are so lovely. And you actually did get some good progress. Your 'failure' at March Madness, made me laugh. I tried the 12 in 12 New Year's Sal, and just quite after I think 7. I discovered I didn't enjoy stitching on one project for only an hour, then going to another. It's why I don't do WIPGO. I am a stitch what I feel like, when I want, for as long as I want girl. As soon as I have to follow rules it makes me just want to stop and go clean a bathroom or something. Yikes😲. I will enjoy watching you however often you decide to film. You just do whatever is convenient, and feels comfortable for you. Take care and happy stitching!

Your projects are really pretty and you provide lots of inspiration. I think I'm in the minority, but I like videos that are 30 minutes or less. I don't have big blocks of time to watch so shorter ones mean I don't have to remember what was happening if I have to stop and go back another time.

I bought the Birds of a Feather, and I think I'll try Vicki Clayton silks like you. I've never done silks before. I really love that you showed some charts in your stash. I have more "wanted" charts now! My March was unproductive, also. I'm hoping to feel better and get more done in April. Be sure to give yourself grace because starting a new job is draining! Also, babysitting takes a lot of focus and energy ( love and fun too). I'm sure April will be a bit better for you.

Hi Lauren -- loved your new flosstube. Your stitching is beautiful; love to see all your finishes/WIPs. The piece you picked in the book "A Heart Remembers" is an older pattern. It was a Loose Feathers pattern from the early 2000's & it's probably my favorite of all their Loose Feather patterns. I stitched that for a shop model for Old Mill Stitchery (now closed) & it now hangs in my bedroom. It was a fun stitch & I love it!! As for how often to video--do what's easiest for you. Love your framed pieces. You did a great job. Consider the Lilies is coming along so nicely, Lauren. I hope you get a lot of progress in May. What fabric are you using for BBD Birds of a Feather? I think the chart calls for 32 ct, which I’m considering if it’s stitched with one thread, otherwise, I may do 40ct. Oooh, I feel the same way about Adorn Your Heart! I’m surprised more people haven’t stitched it. I started it in February, and the colors are so much fun. I didn’t stitch at all on it in March, but will be stitching on it in April to try to make more progress and get to the house. As far as minisodes or the current length episodes, I think you should do whatever fits your time. You are fun to watch, so either way works. Cheers!

Just Found your channel. Love all the work you get to. I don’t and I’m retired!!! Would you post the Amazon link for the magnet fabric holders you are using? The hair clips I use are poking holes in the linen! 😮 I am working on Autumn Quakers by Rosewood Manor. It’s a biggie 😂

When you stitch on 40 count, do you use dyed threads or DMC, and if so, over 2 or over one?!

Enjoy your videos so much. Have ordered the Vicki Clayton silks. Have never used before. How many strands for 32 count?

You won’t regret it! On 32 count I’d likely use 2 strands 😊

Where/when is the meetup in Portsmouth and is it open to anyone? I live in Rochester and would love to meet some other stitchers

Hi there! The meetup in Portsmouth is monthly and the location changes. I'm not sure if they are full right now (there are limits to the # of people the locations will allow), but I believe there is a Facebook group called Seacoast Stitching Social that you could contact for more info :)
