Play the trailers and you can screen record to show your viewers.
Yep seen a lot of other people doing this and it works.

Every single live concert should be purchase-able via the Vision Pro, and ready to watch at any point, live or thereafter.
great idea! and sports events
Actually, I tried them just yesterday and the young man helping me out told me they are already planning that. He said concerts specifically!!
That would be great idea or sports tickets. Like nascar
Be in the stands while watching cars go around
@@Kevdog1920 yes baby! Around and round!
Thanks for sharing. Blessings on your day.
3:44 Thanks for sharing. Blessings on your day!
I click like button first as soon as I see an AVP video from you. Glad that prominent TH-camrs like you and MKBHD are taking notice of the spatial computing now.
Thank you so much Brian! We’re excited to be on your list of the most immersive experiences on Apple Vision Pro
Can’t wait for you to try Avenged Sevenfold on 2/28 💀 Megan Thee Stallion launching soon after 🚀
Legit looking forward to it on AVP!
Hey Brian, Have you connected the Apple Vision Pro to a surround sound system via Bluetooth while watching a movie yet? If so, does that work well? Think that would be awesome to be in a virtual theater but also with theater style sound and bass
Do you have to upload a movie to the Vision Pro when watching on Travel Mode?, or will it play even if it’s no saved to the Vision Pro?
@brian - This is random, but what media cabinet are you using? It has clean lines and I would like to add one to my media room. Thank you in advance :)
Great video... These videos are really making me want a Vision Pro lol... Also I was watching another video and they were able to show theater mode in Apple TV by playing a Trailer... Apparently trailers aren't protected by DRM, I only saw one video where someone was able to show theater mode so idk if it works for everyone but its worth a shot
Can confirm this is the way to show someone the effect. I've done it multiple times.
In my Apple Store AVP demo they showed immersive experiences in basketball and soccer. Seemed even cooler.
That demo was so cool…
Looks amazing.
How is the FOV? Seems to me that’s one of the most important aspects to immersive experiences .
I only experienced a demo at the Apple Store and it was amazing. However, one thing I missed from other headsets was the ability to propel yourself through environments and get a closer look at elements within that environment.. You didn't have to remain stationary but for example you could walk right up to the throne in Game of Thrones. Maybe an update one day? I also look forward to true VR games on the Vision Pro.
I’m sure there will be simple gestures to move forward. Like pointing to steer and walk forward.
Keep in mind that this is the first AVP model and it’s definitely not Apple’s final AVP model. I’m sure that future AVP models will allow their users to explore the environment and even interact with the environment.
@@mellywonka_yes with future AVP models
Brian could you try without using Mac link with Vision Pro ? Using window with team viewer and see how control for this ? Thanks
Hey Brian, in an environment can you walk near to an object and check it with proper clarity? Like in Avengers Tower can you get closer and check out the infinity stones with full clarity?
3:44 cool call-out to Coco and the guitar!
Great video. Your content is always entertaining. Can you zoom in while in the environments? Like to look for fish in water or deer in the trees?
Brian! Thanks for this amazing video. I want to ask you how is it the experience with the memories? Does it really capture the moments and you really feel that you are in it?
It's Spatial Videos that really transport you back into a place and time
I will wait until the consumer edition comes out.
I’ll probably use it for work flow, movies/tv shows /tv / sports and probably gaming.
Great video as always Brian. Just curious, how are you recording in such a high resolution on the Vision Pro?
Screen recordings on vision output to 1080p
Vision Pro would be so awesome for people living in studio apartments. Only if they could afford one. :..)
FYI Brian - the Apple TV+ trailers are DRM so you can show them in these demos instead of a black screen.
It would be nice if your fully in immersive mode, if it detects someone sneaking up on you, it dials it down, so you can see the person. and an option to disable that as well.
There should be live immersive environments where things move and have life!
I’ve been thinking about a future where movies are filmed in the form of an immersive environment so things are happening all around you! You could watch the same movie multiple times and get a different experience depending on where you’re looking
@@Brian-oz8io that's an awesome idea, you should make it.
@@Our.Father.Arts.in.Heaven thanks! I definitely would if I knew anything at all about programming or filmmaking haha. If immersive environments catch on Hollywood will hopefully figure it out soon enough.
Imagine you’re on the moon. You look left and Ryan Gosling floats by in a space suit. You hear a humming sound: you look right and a ship is landing. You look up and two other ships are about to collide with each other. There’s a massive explosion and debris flies through space. “My daughter was on that ship” You look back at Gosling and through his helmet you see him crying. His fist clenches. “I want revenge on those bastards.” Me too Ryan, me too.
I think they already have something like that called outside.
@@OldeDog_NewTricks your name is contradictory
9:00 Is the one playing the singers show apple music? I tried to get that but you said too quickly, would be awesome if you listed all the apps you mentioned… just got my vision pro yesterday and tried the Alicia Keys video and OMG I literally cried it felt like I was there with her singing! I wanna try this one out too!
Good job with keeping your head so still man!
The future is exciting
I feel like Quest already gave us immersive home rooms. Waiting for apple to let us have something more.
Are the environments in 360?
Yes
It is very tempting specially the boundless opportunity this product has, although what stops me from buying it is the price point, wish it could be cheaper.
Nice
Does anyone know if we’ll get an NFL experience (similar to the MLB one we’re shown here) eventually?
In AmazeVR, if you make a heart gesture with your two hands, it’ll emit a few bubble hearts in the virtual concert space
Yuuup! I've done it :)
2nd generation of Vision Pro will be all mine. Just like I waited for iPhone 3G and more recently M2 series of chips. I am a patient man and jump at the 2nd iteration of any cool tech.
jus get the quest lil bro
Fruit Ninja is my favorite game on the Vision Pro at the moment. You can walk around and interact the fruit and the little pig. If you play the endless mode you can basically take the fruit, bombs, and special fruits and throw them around your house. You can also shoot ninja stars at things if you use the special hand gestures. You can do a special hand gesture that pulls up a whistle that lets you call for the pig and it will come and let you pet it or feed it. It’s a silly thing but it’s fun.
Of course my absolute favorite use case is watching shows though. Apple TV cinema mode is crazy! But I do enjoy watching Netflix through safari. You can’t go into cinema mode but you can still enter into an environment and stretch the screen to be very large. I also find the speakers to be absolutely fantastic, especially when in a recliner or laying in a bed to watch the shows. I can wear the headset for 3+ hours at a time when laying down or in a supportive chair to watch content.
Overall, I love the Vision Pro. But it still needs a lot of updates to improve the overall interface.
I love it too. People were playing it wrong - thinking they were on a console or mobile. The Vision pro version is approached like Tai-Chi, not Kung Fu. The room effects are amazing.
But when you are in a immersive world… you can also move inside of it? I don’t know.. ie you can go near the edge of the avengers tower? Or turn around the start wars ship? Or things like that? Or you can only stay there where you are?
I have been using mine everyday after doing the demo.
It’s better than I thought and with the dual loop I can where it for a long time. I did watch end game and didn’t feel pain at all.
I paired Magic Keyboard with it also and it completely enhances the experience
You’re saying that the Magic Keyboard made it sound better??
@@thesos0 haha I changed my post
I don’t know why I had sound in there.
I wonder how much storage space these apps are all taking
I cant wait for blender on vision pro

That MLB app is next level ❤
4:49 Those splendid sceneries need to be synergies or blend with some soothing musical sounds (that don't have lyrics). 12:26 The Vision Pro can be used as a device for some alone time enjoying sports. 13:45 undoubtedly this environment is immersive.
I have the glasses but in Disney + the 3D content window does not appear, does anyone know how to fix it?
I wish you could pick things up at Avengers Tower!
With future AVP models you’re going to be able to do just that
bruhhhh.... Yo, I'm actually going to go and demo the bad boy on Tuesday! I will buy it right then and there if it is first, comfortable, then if Disney plus can extend to over 119inches, and third if the glare/blue is not present
Remember Steve Jobs once mentioned he cracked the TV formula. The Vision Pro could bear some of his ideas given that how long Apple has been working on them.
Bob Iger: I see.. you have a big family living in your home sharing that Disney+ account ay?
😂😂😂
My biggest con is the significant reflection/glare that I see when watching media in cinema / dark immersive environments. I don’t see any creators mentioning it but I’ve switched light seals and tried another demo unit at an Apple Store and I still see it. I wish someone had some feedback / tips for this. The workaround for me has been using lighter immersive environments but I want to use cinema and the theatre Disney plus environments.
I mentioned the reflections in this review
@@briantong yes but it was mentioned as though it was a benefit, it’s distracting at best.
whoa x 1000
Apple should really allow trailers to be shown in their app, so reviewers can show us how it looks!
Love watching your demos. The opposite of those VP doomsday Einsteins.
AmazeVR was the only app that ended up getting me motion sick. I think the way to do concerts is best done in the Alicia Keys demo from Apple by jumping between different camera angles, rather than what AmazeVR does with moving a single camera view.
I wonder if the Insta360 Go can fit and record movie samples. I don't want to risk scratching my VP lens by testing it but maybe someone else will? Tee-hee.
This is so sick, it’s amazing for sports! Man, it is such a cool device just can’t justify a $3500 purchase right now.
There will be future versions that will be more appealing to you :)
I think Synth Riders is the best. Super fun and immersive.
Agreed! The immerse mode is awesome!
My AVP is the best right now and will only get better
can you walk around those disney environments?
There should be a google earth app for AVP
Can’t it just be downloaded on the App Store?
I'm imagining Minecraft and Flight Control Simulator already in this thing haha.
Just wow
Watching monsters inc. would be so fire in that
Thee Etter! Lol.
The only thing that bothers me about the amaze concerts is that you MUST download. Did that bother you?
Not an issue, it's a 180 degree 3D immersive video.. It's awesome.
I believe you can show some content DRM free, if it’s a movie trailer.
the Background is still dead though.. it needs animated objects...
would be cool working on a moving train..
rainy day
skyscraper with traffic noise
nature with wandering animals
I think it allows trailers to be screen recorded.
to be honest the VR is not what I’m interested in. I don’t think it’s any more special than anything you’ve ever seen before but the AR is amazing. watching a movie & watching it light up your ceiling & floor table just the room is the most impressive thing.
vr is gonna be amazing for multiplayer games
@@rainofrest7778 Not without controllers it won't.

This video should be called: DRM 😂
I’m glad I got a sneak peak though
What movies that aren’t under DRM? Like Charade. It’s a great classic that could probably be used in a demo.
They should put a spatial camera on the home base umpire for MLB
What happens when you hold an object like an apple or your phone infront of a viruell window, do you see the object or is the virtuell window "over" the object?
Like your hands will be rendered infron of the virtuell window , but does it work with "normal"objects too?
Walk around in the environment and I'll be impressed
Yes with future AVP models you’re going to able to do just that and even interact with the environment too
Imagine seeing a person laughing at nothing right next to you
At nothing?
@@darryljoynerhe didn’t make sense
Brian can you do a Phub VR walk through for us? 😂
I could try but Apple's Safari browser doesn't support WebXR which allows you to see any Vr type videos. TH-cam VR or the ones you are requesting :) so I can't show them.
You should do a drop test
Bro what kind of shirt are you wearing?
Are you seeing light reflections pretty bad when using a dark environment in cinema mode?
I talked about it specifically in my review. Yes, they are there and it happens in all VR sets, especially with high dynamic range content against a dark shot where the bright spots pop.
@@briantong In this review or a different one? I dont' see it in this review.
@@briantong Just saw your other review where you mentioned it you see a little bit of the reflections when in a dark environment. Mine isn't just a little bit, it's a lot especially throughout the entire bottom portion. Makes me wonder if mine is worse than others for some reason, but I've heard many others also complain and it wasn't just a little bit that they noticed either.
You just found out why trusting reviewers who are hand picked by Apple is not always a good idea.
I've seen many movies at the El Capitan...and the chairs aren't that nice...LOL
😂😂😂...this right here. So...better in AVP?
The chairs SUCK. That's why I don’t go there to see any movies.
All these immersive things are great, but Apple really needs to integrate collaboration ASAP. The first question people ask me when I speak about apps in VR is "can 2 people wearing those things watch them together?"
I’m sure they will be patient
PSVR 2016 vibes 😂
Definitely not, I own them both
😮
Damn i was watching him review iPhone 5 and stuff and here we are..
Wow that’s how far back you go with his YT channel. 🙂
@@reggierodriguez6546 nah he was employed on Cnet or some TH-cam media group.
Can you get up and walk towards the iron man costumes to have a closer look?
no. there's a set radius...if you start walking in any direction the "real world" pops into view
DRM such a PITA!
What about rock bands in VR
So pretty much the only example for immersiveness is media consumption? That is pretty sad and depressing.
You can watch trailers and they want hit you with DRM
Hey Brian, love the channel! I create Dolby Vision HDR 180 3D 8k travel experiences for AVP and was hoping to collaborate with you to get the word out about my content! I have many of the previews already on TH-cam, and many more immersive experiences coming soon.
I am the only other creator of high quality Dolby Vision 180 3D 8k experiences with spatial ambisonics audio other than Apple themselves.
Your videos are great, and it's great to see them on the AVP.
I think if you play trailers for a movie you can then screen record. That’s how I showed off the gigantic screen in front of Mount Hood to my friends
So did you try it or not? I’m confused?
and keynote
The Keynote app rehearsal environment is hyperealistic and will be great for our speaker training at our corporate production studio! Chef’s kiss to the keynote team
Could you please say "DRM" more in the next video?
I'll make sure to in my next video
To show what it looks like to watch one of the DRM movies show its trailer instead
Yes they might be super cool but I still will not pay $3000 on the headset
The glare sucks. Seriously. The glare in night mode sucks ass
Most TH-camrs didn't even mention that.
Have i been saying theater wrong this whole time?
Wait, why couldn't we see the video content?!? 😂
Thank you for this video , Kim Jong Un
Experience everything alone biggest problem
I heard PPP are returning them and some having side effects like eye issues
Don't take a report as widespread. They used a tweet from a Tech reviewer as the main source for their article. If they could actually back up more evidence with actual return numbers. Instead of a few social media posts it would be more convincing to me.
There are absolutely returns, but I haven't seen or heard anything like droves of people returning it.
Also, this product is going to keep on getting new features and content released throughout the year.
